Was in Chicago for the day figured we'd stop since we haven't had it since Florida the place was pretty slow same as the service. We ordered two burgers two fries two shakes very reasonably priced at $20 except we got our food and waited about 8 more minutes for our shakes when I approach the manager asking if we were going to get our shakes he said yes she's working on them then he proceeded to go back there and make my shakes for me because guess what they weren't made
Ordered online for pickup at 9PM April 16. Long drive thru line, went inside to pick up, I was 10 min early. They quickly helped me and said itd be a few minutes. It was ready precisely at 9PM. Burger order was accurate and they were tasty, fries crisp, and onion rings may not be the best but they fill the craving. Friendly server( tall black guy, dont know name). Makes a difference!
The dining room is closed and they don't currenty have shakes. Did they rename the place to Steak n' ? If you're not gounf to stock the product that you're business is named after, close your doors.
Had a long and rough day. Went through the drive-thru and somehow COMPLETELY missed the speaker and skipped straight to the window you pay at. Ariana was the cashier and she was so patient, kind, and gentle, and doesn’t even realize how much better she made my day.
Fast food should Not take upwards of 10 minutes to get your grubs. I only ordered a burger & fries..
The lobby wasn't clean at all, pop machines was giving out flat watered down pop, bathroom was disgusting. Food wasn't at all what they advertise, so much grease o. The bur8
When it was open always greeted nice. By students they hire. Now the drive thru ppl are also polite. Great service so far 17 yrs going here nice spot.
I made the mistake of dining in with my son. The quality is so much less than I remember... Flat soda and overworked employees doing their very best (the only saving grace). Dining area wasn't very clean and the burgers just didn't taste as good as the last time I ate here during the early days of the pandemic. It tasted like much lower quality meat.
Good food but they forgot my onion rings in delivery and won’t throw in anything for me ?
