This location is right by my work which is why I go here. Unfortunately you can't place an order here if the workers have closed the door for walk-in in customers and mobile orders. On top of that you can't even go to the drive thru window on foot. I'm not sure if they're short handed, but this has been going on for some time. It just seems really lazy on the employees part that no one is allowed to pace an order though the window. Should really consider hiring more employees or finding an alternative way to serve your customers.*Update 7/22/22*Walked in today there were at least 3 people working when I walked in. Immediately told only the drive thru is open. Could hear Employee saying that they need to lock the door behind me. Completely done with this location. Fully convinced that these employees are just lazy. Don't waste your time.
This is probably one of the dumbest Starbucks in the area. First they converted a perfectly nice location with dine-in options to a cage with only 2 tables.What's worse however is that they continue to randomly close the cafe for walk-ins and only allow drive in. And they are very strict about who they serve in the drive in, and won't serve kids on bikes even though they are the ones who closed the store.So this store just continuously disappoints people.
Glad that the app was wrong & that I could order the Acai Fresher at this location. The Cheese Danish has become my favorite pastry with coffee.
Bad costumer service. 10 min waiting for a coffee with only one car in front of me and didn’t get the coffee right.

Would be helpful if you’re going to close your store early for you to put a sign up in the window of the store itself. moreover, the sign in the drive-through line should be written large enough to be seen more than 10 feet away.
Let me just say this if you don’t want to be at work, do not work! A worker with short braided hair was so rude, she didn’t even approach us to start with! Then handed the drinks without saying anything (bye, thank you,or have a nice day!!) and when I said thank you she just walked away without saying anything! I did not even get the chance to ask for straws! If you are having a bad, customers shouldn’t have to deal with it! Definitely not going back there anymore.

Somedays are better than others
This has to be one of the worst parking lots imaginable. Stay away during peak hours. Coulf barely get to the drive-thru with all of the parking congestion
