I went through the drive thru and the guy who took my order was awesome. Very friendly and patient, seeing as though I didn't remember what my drink was called and we had to figure it out, and when I got to the window I was greeted with a friendly smile and some conversation & jokes to pass the time. You will certainly leave with a smile. The baristas are always so happy and funny. It’s always a different experience when you go through the drive through. Whether you get one of the two very energetic guys or the one girl who seems to always be happy, it’ll be a good experience. Competent staff and good coffee.
I wish I can give 5 ? but lately my coffee doesn't taste how is supposed to taste. I always have a caramel maquiatto with almond milk.

By far one of the worst Starbucks locations in Evanston. It takes ten minutes to get a tea. A tea. I don't know why we keep coming to this location, this was definitely the last time. Everything tastes better when I make it at home myself anyway, we gotta stop being lazy. Shopping at Starbucks overall is a literal waste of ? money.
Its nice place on my drive to hime from weekend shopping. Almost everytime I got everything I ordered. I tried many starbucks throughout USA but never had same taste when you order next time. Most importantly it was the first starbucks on my list where I found hot latte taste same everytime. Keep it up, good service.

I arrived today at the drive thru at 6:14 AM. There was nobody in the store. It was closed. I guess management didn't open the store today 1H 14 minutes after they are scheduled to open.So, without providing any service when you are supposed to be open. 1 star.
Drive-thru today was very nice. For some reason my Starbucks phone app wasn't allowing the usual scanning technology to go through. So the Starbucks employee at the window kept calm and smiling, while he manually entered my card number into the system. He also commented on my dog's cuteness, even tho she is a pittie.?
They seem to always get ot right.New review as of September 7th. Today I stood in line and everyone ( employees looked at me. ) no one said ok.. odd but not rude. Then after a few min someone comes out the back Ana and takes my order. Mind you it's empty in here. It's me and another person. The drive through is not even busy. And now they got my order wrong. I gotta go.
