You need better bags. I just bought one of your overpriced sandwiches and it ripped at the bottom and my whole sandwich fell on the ground. Should've known better though then to get food there since it's not worth the price. But u literally ruined my day. So one star. Also. This refresher is watered down

If i could give 0 stars i would. I literally sat here for 15 minutes after told my order was waiting at the end of the counter, i walk over and it’s not. There’s a young lady who isn’t wearing her tag, curly hair, glasses and Caucasian, she was very unprofessional. I will not be returning

Awesome stuff, friendly, happy and always happy to chat. Pleasure going there. Very efficient as well. Place is nice and clean, well stacked. The people that work there make customers want to go back to this particular location. Thank you for being so great!

Large, crowded Starbucks in downtown Evanston, very near the Northwestern University campus. Open later than any other coffee shop in the area, 10:00 p.m. daily except for Sunday (9:00 p.m.). Lots of NU students and faculty, plus other locals. Very friendly staff that knows the regular customers.

The location is great and I like the coffee menu they have.

My online orders are always ready when I walk in and I'm greeted with a smile.

Nice staff and friendly customers

Stayed at the Hilton and made the short walk to Starbucks four mornings in a row getting coffee and breakfast for my wife and I and taking it back to the hotel. Coffee and food were excellent as was the service.

It's fairly clear why this is such a frequented place in downtown Evanston. The ambiance is nice and cozy, with warm lighting, copious seating, and wood decor; also, the baristas have always been super accomodating and helpful, especially for a coffee newcomer like me.

I’ve been to so many many Starbucks in Michigan and different states, but their proportion of foam in the cappuccino is perfect! They could work on increasing their staff instead of having people wait in long lines!
