Ordered a pizza a few night ago didnt have any money for a tip but was very hungry so i ordered a mid ight express only to see the delivery driver wrote in a tip on his own of 5 dollars so for my 15.64 pizza i was charged 20.64 on the phone now with my bank next is the EPD thats theft and isnt going to be taken lightly
Ordered this delivered to our hotel because it was the only thing open at that hour (after 10 pm). Really pretty bad. I think Sarpino's survives because it's in a college town and offers late night delivery. That's a great business model. But the food? Not so great.

misleading advertisements, bad food , bad service, even delivered to the wrong house.company is advertising themselves as a "locally owned "dough factory"" but it's just sarpinos garbage

Great employees, amazing food, huge vegan selection which is why I ordered the first time, prompt delivery, and fabulous customer service. I’ve ordered many many times from here and never had an issue.
Great food, but the delivery driver was bogus for making me walk down four flights of stairs, exit the building and he was talking about since I lived in a 'Problem Area' he wasn't allowed to enter the building....mind you I'm in chronic pain so stairs are sometimes challenging for me. Then to further aggravate me,he was talking about they generally don't take cash because I can order online-----but he took my money anyways!!!! Very unprofessional on his part.... when I looked in my bag, he brought the wrong drink. If you feel some type of way because you're going into in area where Black People live, then maybe you should get a job not dealing with the public....I tipped him anyway because I used to wait tables- &I'm not going to stop being the person I am because other people actively chooses to not be sh""
Just called this place and the guy that answered the phone, said that they don't take CASH... Yes, you heard that right... A pizza place in The United States of America does not accept USD... After he told me that, he just simply hung up in my face... Mind you, due to the circumstances of it being 2am i would've tipped that driver handsomely but never even got a chance to. I know we ordered late. But to give someone a container with one single pepperoncini when they pay $40 for a medium pizza is a disregard for basic human decency. Anyways food arrived hot and in a timely fashion.
Always very friendly cashiers, delivery is on time and the food tastes very good for the price
