I'm highly disappointed in this location. I was very excited when they first opened because I've been a Rosati's fan for years - at other locations. Finally one opened near my home. But time and again this location has disappointed. Today is the last straw. Sorry, Rosati's, I'm done with you now. Among my prior complaints is that they deliver late - hours later than promised, not minutes. And then the food arrives cold. Given the Covid disruptions, I chalked up their troubles to that and made allowances. I quit ordering for delivery and have since instead always picked up my orders. On delivery, the store manager fed me one story; the front desk staff gave me another; and the driver yet a third - but what was clear was that there was friction between the drivers and the store. Today, I ordered lunch for me and a business associate. We went to pick up our lunch. A to go package was handed to me, which I didn't realize was necessary to open and inspect before leaving. Getting back to the office, I found that the side order items were missing from the order - plus the main items were missing ingredients. I'd ordered through their website because I've given up placing phone orders (they put you on hold and never return before the call the is disconnected.) Their website is flawed - promo codes for example NEVER work. But I've ordered today's lunch items a number of times on the website and never had trouble. However, today, I was told the reason my order didn't have the items I'd selected was that I'd selected 'no BBQ sauce' on an Italian Beef sandwich. I stated there was no option involving BBQ sauce - I'd selected the peppers I wanted added. I didn't receive them. Plus, the selected side was missing (for which they admitted that was their error.) Asking how to make it right - could I get a credit rather than driving back (cost of my time and gas) I was informed that the side items were free and therefore no credits could be given - there was nothing they could do - except for me to drive back to pick them up. That is an unacceptable response as far as I'm concerned. It's not the first time they've not adequately addressed their errors in fulfilling orders. So no more orders from this customer. I'll not be doing any more business with this location. Too bad - because I like the food.

Because of a time element this evening, we decided to order a pizza for delivery. Prior to doing so, I read some of your customers previews involving the past 4 months. This was not to be our first order from Rosati’s, so we placed our order for delivery. We were told it would be 30 to 40 minutes. It arrived in 31 minutes and, delicious as usual. Thank you.

Delivery was great my food was on time and great customer service from the young lady in the store ?

This rosatis wait time after a certain hour is horrible. They shouldn't even offer delivery because the time it takes to arrive is maddening. If you are hungry order a year ahead and maybe you'll get it that decade. But if you are really hungry order any where else

My pizza was three hours late and they still wanted me to pay for it. I called at 6:30, they said 45 minutes. Called at 8:00, asked where my pizza was, they said it went out 10 minutes ago and would be there in a few. Called again at 8:25, apparently, the order was never placed into the system, but they remember making the pizzas. I was placed on hold multiple times and had to place my order again. I didn't get my pizza until 9:25, three hours after placing my original order.And the kicker there was no comp after having to wait for so long. Only 50% off. It's unfortunate since their thin crust pizza is so good, but their coupons don't even work on their website. I won't be coming back here again.

This pizza was indeed impressive. I will surely visit this place again.

Received a coupon in the mail for 25% off a medium pizza and free delivery. We’ve never ordered from here and decided to give it a try. The website did not recognize the coupon codes on the coupon. We called the number on the coupon to order over the phone and person taking our order had no idea about the promotion. We were transferred to the hostess to “confirm” our coupon and after being on hold for 10+ minutes we hung up. Do not send out a coupon if you have not informed your employees and have the proper website infrastructure in place.

First time here and pizza was missing 3 toppings. Had to stop my card game to go back.

Food was great but service was a bit lacking...I understand the orders kept staff hopping. The wait time for order was disappointing even though order was placed on-line.I concede this to be attributed to the quality of the food!!!

This is the first time we’ve ordered from this restaurant. And unfortunately, it will be the last time. We ordered a Caesar salad. For the price of $12, I would’ve expected more croutons and more cheese. This was basically a salad of greens a couple croutons and pretty much that was it. The flavor was OK, but not for $12. When the pizza was delivered it was delivered barely warm. and the bottom crust was so soggy you couldn’t even pick up the slice. This was the double crust pizza. The flavor was OK, but There are many other places around that have equally good or better pizza than this. We also ordered a dessert called zapple which is supposed to be pieces of dough with some type of Nutella sauce. These pieces of dough appear to have been sitting around for quite a while. They were tough and hard to chew. And the supposedly sauce appeared to me that it was simply Hershey‘s chocolate syrup. The other thing that really bothered me, was the pieces of dough Were simply thrown into a cardboard container on a piece of parchment paper. They rolled around in this container without anything around them and that doesn’t seem very sanitary to me. I usually don’t leave reviews, especially bad ones. But for this order of $50, we enjoyed it at the level about five dollars.
