Very clean, friendly staff, food is amazing!! Perfect flavor combinations. I will recommend this place to those who enjoy sushi to give poke a try. I promise once you try Pono Ono Poke you will never order sushi again!

My girlfriend and I were having a hard time deciding where to eat on a Saturday and decided to try this place. We wanted to eat out while in the area but I was dressed in sweats and most places reservations were already booked. This place gave me the perfect combo of the casual atmosphere I needed but the higher-class ambience I wanted--due largely to the fact I've never seen so many beautiful plants in a restaurant!Quickly prepared, we got a chicken bowl and a poke bowl. Poke was tasty, and juicy fried chicken bites exceeded my expectations. Id probably be eating here once or twice a week if I were local.
I grew up in Hawaii and have tried other poke places and this place nails it! The people, the poke, the plants, the whole experience is true to the Aloha spirit. I don't eat out often, but when I do, I go here :)

Best poke I’ve ever had! Fresh ingredients and fantastic flavors. Fast service. Great atmosphere with lots of gorgeous plants. Love love love.
The sushi is better at broulims. The atmosphere and service is better at Basin Burger. Hours are inconsistent, if you drive all the way there to see that they’re closed…. It’s for the best.
Good fresh fish. The chicken poke bowls are good too. They just needed to put a lot more sauce on mine and my wife. But all ingredients are good and fresh. I'll probably be back soon. The fried garlic is absolutely delicious. The fresh seaweed salad is also really unique and really good.
