The bread sticks were good but a worker was in there coughing all over the place and the man who took our order was kind at the end but rather rough. Place looks rundown but we appreciated getting fresh food. There are no prices on the menu so had no idea what I was paying .
They ask you for tip when you insert your card - for pick up! This is really crazy I didn’t have my glasses so she told me to push the arrow up and I get charged three dollars! I was not intended to give them because it was a pick up not a delivery so the credit card terminal is rigged against the customer I called the manager and he said he can’t do anything because I called Papa John’s to order - although I paid at the store - I called Papa John’s and they said we can transfer you to the manager and he should be able to take care of it and I told papa Johns the manager said it’s Papa John’s problem they can fix it and they said he’s lying.. so they are scammers and add 10 15 20% to every pick up order.
The pizza was good, but we had to wait an extra 15 minutes even though the app said the pizza was ready.
Terrible A very bad service from the lady who attends this as angry she left me waiting to take the order for 15 minutes, I do not recommend anyone to go there and I do recommend her urgent dismissal
Dude the guy didn't know anything I walked in there and asked questions about the menu he didn't know. He was the only one working answering the phones making the pizzas. As far as I'm concerned he's a warrior. But as far as a customer what the heck you need more people in there. I decided not to order anything. I almost gave him a tip just for keeping on keeping on. And God bless the people who keep on keeping on. Keep on trucking. Mr pants out!!!
Two deliveries in a row their drivers have not rang the doorbell to let me know the pizza was here. The only notification I get is an automated email from Papa Johns asking how my food was. Well it was cold. It's November in Chicago and my pizza was out there for 30 minutes. Better Ingredients; Better Pizza; Terrible Service.
Good place and the pizza taste is nice
Lower quality pizza than your typical Papa John's. My last order here I was given the wrong pizza intentionally. I should have looked in the box before I drove away. Have reached out multiple times but haven't gotten a response, so won't go to this Papa John's anymore. If you're craving Papa, I'd recommend you don't go to this store. There's a reason it closed years ago, and it hasn't gotten any better with the reopening.
I've ordered papa john's regularly for years and have NEVER experienced what I just have tonight! 9/22/21 Im furious! So whoever works there decided to steal from my credit card. I ordered the special from the website 2 large pizzas for $25. Once I placed my order the first strange occurance was the pizzas were $26.99. No biggie. That's just 2 more dollars. So I ALWAYS pay my order in cash because of reasons that happened just now. I placed the order. Total came out $26.99- $10 in papa rewards. $16.99+ tax and delivery fee came out to $22.98. After ordering 5 minutes later I received a call from papa john's asking if I can pay with a credit card because they are using door dash delivery service and I can only pay with a credit card. So I give my number over the phone. In the past I've used someone else's card and this has not happened. I also ordered my pizza square cut. Both my pizzas came triangle cut. I called back explaining that my pizza were not cut properly. They ASSURED me that my pizzas would be square cut. The guy inadvertently stated that the next time I order my order total would be credited. No email, no info exchanged verifying this. So as I'm eating my pizza I get the notification from my CC showing the charges for my order to be $59.24!!!!!! I called back and the guy on the phone is said that his computer states that the pizzas were $26 each. So not only does your computer shows that , but it doesn't apply my papa john's $10 rewards. I'm trying not to be angry but this is UNACCEPTABLE! I knew something fishy was going on when they called me back asking for my credit card number. My email order total and my papa john's account states that my order total was $22.98, it also shows my papa dough rewards credit for $10 and it also shows my payment method was cash. So the children working there took it upon themselves to take payment into their own hands. Not only will I notify the internet, not only will I contact the manager, my credit card company for FRAUDULENT CHARGES, corporate will be notified as well. The person on the other end stated his name was Tyler and his manager name was Jane. This is not the last you will hear from me. I'm going to enjoy my night knowing that this pizza is involuntarily complimentary! DO NOT GIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT YOUR CC NUMBER over the phone!!!!!!!
Extremely unprofessional! Waited 15 for a pickup and the pizza was out the oven for the majority of my time there I could see it. The guy kept saying few more minutes and making other pizzas while there was no one at the store but me. Eventually after 20mins looking at the pizza I had to pick up I just canceled the order and left. Very disappointed!
