I have been ordering from Panino's for years. I order today for family that is in town. I receive a pizza that is all messed up. Cheese and sauce all over. I call and they apologize for the pizza and promise to send another pizza. Then 5 minutes later, they called again and said, "The drive said he saw you carry the pizza upstairs sideways." I said, "How could He see her when we close our front door you can't see anything." She said, "He meant when he got the pizza from the car." I said really. She said, "Sorry honey but it her fault." I can't believe this, a house full of hungry adults & kids no pizza, that was paid for in full, and no food.
Tried the Detroit style pizza this time, since all other Paninos pizza varieties have been great. It was very good - but needed more sauce. Otherwise, it was tasty. Nice airy yet crunchy crust.
Heart shaped pizza did not come cut into slices so you have to go through the trouble of slicing it yourself. I got my pizza delivered to the hospital I work at. My pizza was cold because the driver just simply left the pizza on a table in the lobby instead of calling the number provided. The pizza was extremely good
Could be the worst pizza experience of my life. Ordered two pizzas (veggie thin and Hawaiian thick crust) and boneless chicken wings. Nothing was edible. Pizza under cooked and wings soggy. Spent $80 for food we threw away. I contacted the store in evanston to share the experience but no manager or anyone in charge. While I try to be patient with restaurant workers, it was clear there was no adult in the room. My call was a waste of time as was the food. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere until they fix 5heir process.
As we strolled around, we were amazed at the quantity of Italian choices! Our child got a hankering for some pasta and returned to this spot in the wake of passing it prior in the day. We made requests and every one of the flavors are great. We as a whole cherished its flavor! Very yummy! I would prescribe this spot to everybody.
love this place because they sell pizza by the slice, with tons of variety including pepperoni, sausage, and spinach, plus some deep dish options. it's $5 per slice which feels a bit expensive but it really does fill you up with the greasy goodness!
Not sure what happened tonight? Ordered fried calamari and a cup of soup for pickup. Quoted 20 min. Show up in 30 to give then enough time to make the order.Instructed it will be another 10 minutes?40 minute wait to pick up an appetizer and a soup.Look I know times are tough and it's hard to find good help in the restaurant industry. But yall managed to make it worse by giving my half the portion of the appetizer and some runny soup. Yall have done better .
Have been going to Panino’s for years. Started when they were on Central in Evanston and continued when they moved to Dempster StreetI have never had a bad meal from thin and deep dish pizza, Italian, sandwiches, salads and appetizers and other dishes. The food and service are great.Great atmosphere and reasonable prices.Lenny and Deanna are extremely friendly and attentive. Patty who does everything from taking orders to serving and a lot else is fantastic They all get to know their customers like a family.I highly recommend Panninos.
Great food and the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever tasted.
Great place for a quick lunch (slice and a salad) or ordering for a large group. Their thin crust pizza is delicious!
