This place is stunning. The craft and care taken with every piece of chocolate is a confectionary delight. Also, the cookies and the pralines are an absolute must!

Beautiful store and absolutely delicious chocolates, cookies and cakes. The vanilla cake, lemon poppyseed cake, brownie and white chocolate with rose petals were all excellent.

Stopped in today on a whim after I picked up some meat from Homestead Meats. Decided to sample a few things (Louisiana pralines, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate with toffee and butterfly gummies) and we could not have been more impressed with everything we had. The gummies are gluten free (and some of the best we have ever eaten). Those Louisiana pralines - I am from Louisiana and I am telling you guys - this is the best I have had anywhere outside of Louisiana. These were beyond amazing. The chocolates here were an absolute treat and I can't decide what will be the driver for my next trip to Dempster and Chicago - this place or Homestead Meats.
Great coffee, great crepes, and the service is excellent. Also a great place to meet and talk, since you can easily hear the people you are talking with.
I am so happy that this new shop is a part of the Evanston community! I remember seeing signs for its arrival and being so excited! And now that it’s here, I can’t wait to try everything on the menu! Shannon, the owner, is absolutely adorable and you can tell that she puts her heart and soul into everything she does. Every time I have visited, I automatically feel so cozy in the shop and know I will leave with something that she took such pride in creating. Shannon, you and your beautiful shop are an asset to Evanston and beyond and we are lucky to have you!!! ❤️

Fun decor and friendly owner and staff. Bean to bar chocolate- first in Evanston- the owner told me. Got dark chocolate bars, vegan cookies for my vegan friend and a goat milk chocolate bar. To my surprise, I enjoyed it. Was not too sweet, a bit savory and creamy at same time. Also got nougat bar with almonds and cranberries and a pecan praline and gluten free cookie- chocolate chip and sweet potato bread pudding. All were delicious and homemade. Will go back for hot chocolate and different cookies and for the goat milk chocolate bar. Great woman owned business. She covers most dietary restrictions so most everyone can get treats.
