I ordered a large fries and this is what I got , C'mon man, this is RIDICULOUS,and then they gave me ketchup and one packet was open and splattered ALL OVER MY CAR AND CLOTHES ,Who is in charge of this? Get it together , why are you cheating people ?I paid for a large fries and barely got a small, and then you give me an open packet of ketchup? What's wrong with you people?Don't come to work if you can't do the job the correct way, very simple
Be nice to McDonald's staff, no matter the service, food, or your mood. These people deserve 20 an hour minimum, that's all. Also, this location always has a working ice cream machine!!!!!
Service sometimes is a little slow in the morning. I have had to go in and get my food after waiting from placing a drive-thru order.
Today 6/20/2022 at around 3:00 AM i went to get some food from this McDonald’s The cashier told me on the speaker he does not accept credit card and cash only so I said OK i have cash although I didn’t like it then when I proceeded to the window the cashier refused to give me a receipt! and immediately i start thinking the cashier is stealing money from the owner of this location so I paid for food cash with no receipt when I left I called 911 reported to the Evanston police and I was told you need to speak to the owner of this Location the police cannot intervene The complaint has to come from the owners of this location… so for the owner of this location reading this check your night crew At that time and date above they are selling food for cash at your restaurant.. The interaction with the cashier was recorded on my end
This Mcdonalds is pretty decent. They are usually quick, they have good service and rarely mess up orders! Clean as well!
Came to pick up a mobile order. There were no employees in the restaurant, but the lobby door was unlocked. Supposed to be open 24hrs.
Been coming here for years because of proximity, it's always been the slowest fast food place in the midwest. Avoid this one if you can lol
This location has the lowest and awful customer service. I waited for someone to take my order but instead she yelled at me saying "you need to put your order in at the kiosk." The kiosks were down/out of service. Never coming back. It's happened to me several times.
Always has an excuse for NO MORE mocha frappes. But when you go to Skokie they have them all day. Or they say at the Evanston location the macine is not working. Worst Mc donalds. I have heard an employee cussing about the customers outside. N
Who doesn't love McDonald's? Best enjoyed with family, though the drive through works in a pinch. When was your last stop?
