The food was very good but everything else specifically the harried understaffed service was just OK. It is a quaint quiet place which has potential and may be resting on its laurels
We have been dining at Jillyâs since its opening 40+ years ago. They have gone though 5 ownerships but retained the original chef which means the core of the menu remains fantastic and is only enhanced by the weekly specials. Prices have crept up but where have they not? Service is personal and efficient, and often a single server runs the entire restaurant. On this evening, our server, Ali, took good care of us and was wonderful. My wife (whose birthday we were celebrating) and I shared a fried oyster app, which was done perfectly. She then had the Chilean sea bass entree which I got to finish, and it was delicious. I had the other sea bass entree, the brandino, which was also delicious but not as delicate as the other. Both were excellent. We had an excellent French Chardonnay, which was to be our dessert. However, my wife was presented with a birthday crème brí»lée to top off a terrific experience. Always terrific!

We had not been to Jilly's in a while...it was a great surprise to see the interior decor updated and the new menu including several specials. The food was suburb and the service outstanding. Our server Ali had excellent recommendations and wine pairings with the entrees. We will be back!
It's always a treat to dine at Jilly's. Great service. Always have to struggle to narrow my choice to one entree on the menu.
This was my dad and my first time visiting Jillyâs, and we loved the family-friendly ambience. The rack of lamb plate was tasty and just the right portion. Great wine e see election and my dad loved the walnut salad. I wish the space was bigger so they could bring in a larger crowd, but the owners were lovely and very attentive.
Fatherâs Day brunch was outstanding. Great selections, plenty of food and beautifully presented. Very tasty too. Itâs a quiet restaurant which was good for grandma who was with us.
