Of course Gigio’s has long been a favorite for lunch with our office being just down the street. The quality, price, and speed are all top notch.I recently tried the gluten free crust pizza though and it turned out great, the crust was crispy and I got to have the sausage and pappadew peppers just like the regular pizza by the slice. You have to offer a whole pizza which if you eat the whole thing is beyond filling I’ll try to just have two slices next time and save the other half.Their online ordering system is direct to the restaurant as well so they aren’t losing out on third-party app fees.10/10 would recommend!
I actually moved from Chicago years ago but I used to work in Evanston and I would get a slice and a fat bag of parmesean tots, was just thinkin about the place today and how nice it was to get lunch there every now and then! Great memories and good food, til we meet again Gigio's!
Been going here for decades. Fresh ingredients; love the pizza but great burgers too. Fast and friendly service.

This place rocks. Had to chicken ranch sandwich incredible nice piece of chicken. Also they're freshly cut fries. But you asked that you have to ask for them. And their Pizza special their meat lovers Pizza. And they do have a nice rewards point system for getting free pizza. A 420 must
I love being able to use their ordering service to place a pickup order that is right and ready when scheduled. I also get points for free food without having to track it myself. The pizza AND TACOS are the best. Thanks, guys!
One of the better pizza places in Evanston for sure. Long time staple. Lots of choices on the menu too so if you don't want pizza I'm sure you'll find what you need. Delicious fresh and the staff are awesome people. Keep up the good work
Absolutely everything I was anticipating? Not only delicious but also filling. At first I want sure if a hot dog and chili cheese fries would be f filling, guess what it was. With left overs on the chili cheese ?. Perfect late night munchy smack. Thanks to Gigios. Always great food and plenty on to choose from. Tonight was 1st time ? and it was delish delish. Awesome job to the workers @ Gigios. Once again a must for anyone that loves a variety in food from tacos and burrito, to dry out juicy beef and or sausage "combo", to wings or burgers, pizza, my wife loves their mushroom sandwiches. Amazing NY style slices. My uncle used to take me here as a kid, and I still make the trip over for a slice. They’ve added birria on the weekends too.
Pizza in New York City was my favorite pizza for years and then I tried Gigio's. Can't go back now! Tried and true flavors: Pep, sausage (they make this in-house apparently!), and Grandma's Pizza. Grandma's Pizza is Detroit-style pan (?) and it's so comforting. I could probably eat a whole pizza to myself. I can see why the place has been open for over 50 years for a reason. I would upload pictures to this review but I keep eating it faster than I can take a picture. I've had it twice now and I'm going to make it a routine to visit Evanston at least once a month to get it.
