terrible customer service. miss reviews, and the food there sucks too! they're always overcooked, and the cheese in the sausage egg and cheese on a crosiannt taste literally like plastic. Save yourself $10 and go to the one on lake ave.
I took a cup of hot coffee. It was good. Service was quick and place was clean too.
Bathroom extremely dirty, and they sold me warm coffee, instead of hot, arguing with me because store is closed.
Yesterday I got the receipt thrown in my face and a nasty attitude from both of the workers for asking for donuts....

I was only customer in the store and asked for a quart of hand packed ice cream was told to grab one of the pre-packed from the refrigerator. When I assisted I wanted a fresh packed quart I got attitude and she reluctantly packed a loosely packed “quart”. When I questioned her and said this quart was light and was not packed I got more “attitude” and she stated that it was packed down.Why work at ice cream store when you can’t serve people with some level of quality service? This is not the first time I’ve had attitude and lack of quality service at this store in Evanston. Ownership should offer some better training!
Don't go to this location - they overcharge you and so rude! Started going to local bakery instead. Would rather support a small business that wants to be in the neighborhood.
I will stop coming here and I will tell my family and friends not to come here! Used to buy every morning but now I will go somewhere else. Rude owner and no good customer service.
