Pizza was very good.pizza was at a good warm temperature and the cost was very reasonable. Service in fast and both employees were super nice. This location has an awesome crew.
The Worst Pizza place to place an order at they shut this place down or replace all the employees especially the manager there she is the worst she has no customer service experience. She told me it's on the way after 1½ wait then I had to call her back an hr later and still nothing so I canceled my order
Love this place. Always do carryout and it's always domino's. The same guy is always there at the counter when I'm pickin up a pie at 12am. We've talked about tons of cool stuff over the days about his bike, music, and other cool stuff. I wish they would keep my pizza for carryout on the warmer instead of just the table. 5 stars, I'll be back soon!!
The pizza was done very quickly, but the flavor was not very strong and the pizza was kind of dry. The slices were not cut very well. I like it, but could have been better.
Super friendly went in waited 5 minuets and had my food store gm was super cool. Felt welcomed also food was extra hot walked home and was still hot and fresh great taste great service thank you
Cancelled my order because they don't have any delivery drivers. Another Dominos two miles away won't deliver to me, says I'm in the Evanston Dominos area. Guess Dominos doesn't want to deliver to anyone in Evanston today?
Despite all the negative reviews I still went ahead and decided to order from here. I’ll say the service Jake and his crew provided to me was worlds of a difference compared to the previous reviews. Everything was accurate, on time, and best of all got impeccable service. Will definitely order from here again in the near future.
Ordered from this dominoes first time over the phone, the person that answered was great and to the point. Food arrived in a timely matter with a great delivery guy.
It seems that the management has changed in this facility and the product quality shows! I wrote this Dominos off before but I will definitely be coming back for a cheesy bread next time.
Originally they said they didn’t have delivery drivers and told me to call Skokie Dominos, which I did, and they laughed on the phone that Evanston Dominos would tell me something so strange that they can’t deliver pizza for 40 people with 24 hr notice. Probably a new person. No big deal.I called back and Roger(Smokey) took my order over the phone Feb 18th. He sounded very tired, stoned, bedtime voice, and it made us laugh. After the poor delivery experience it was clear he must’ve been stoned on the call.I asked for a delivery at 4:45 Feb 19th. Pizza for 40 people(mostly children). I ordered 8 pizzas, 5 sodas, and asked for delivery the next night. I paid $120 and thought it was a good deal. I was very worried the order was not accurate from the tone of my sleepy friend, Roger. He assured me he would be in for his shift and deliver my pizza personally. The next day I called when they opened to confirm all the details. Someone new answered and everything sounded good. I was not too worried as long as my guy Rog gets to work, all should go according to the plan. The pizza delivery guy calls at 4:42 to say they are out of the drink I ordered and he’s bringing different sodas with him so he asked what I wanted. I confirmed sprite and orange soda, then asked when he was coming, he hung up on me.Called back 20 minutes later(still no pizza to feed kids) and no answer. Called 4 more times and the call couldn’t go through. Wifey called multiple times until a manager picked up. He explained that Smokey(Roger) the delivery driver was 20 minutes late for his shift so the manager promised he’d get a stern talking to.Now over an hour late we called and called. Eventually the manager answered again to let us know the 8 pizzas were delivered to a random house around the corner from where we were. $120 of pizza just dropped off without double checking it was correct. They refunded me the money. The party was stressed from us being on the phone, 25 kids had only cake to eat, and parents showed up at 7 PM to pick up their sugar rush children. All in all it was a huge waste of time to call Evanston Dominos in the first place.
