Cozy overcharged us and added a 22% tip without telling the customer!!! A $24 bill with tax ended up over $35!!!!
The food is 3 stars but the restaurant is not honest about their service charge. The service charge was included in the bill (over 20% when I try to calculate it based on my bill), but the cashier never say anything about that and the check also included a space for a gratuity. I don't agree with their business practice at all hence the 1 star (would give 0 if I could) and am never coming here again.
The unethical business practice mentioned in other reviews of trying to receive a gratuity after already charging a service charge has been enhanced. Now you have to go to the cash register instead of receiving a check at the table. If paying by credit card, you are then told the total without receiving an itemized bill. The credit card receipt comes out of the little machine with a space for a gratuity. You are not told that the total already includes a service charge of over 20%. You are never given an itemized bill. I think many of the good reviews are by people who do not know that they have left two tips. I didn't know for a long time. The food is four stars. The honesty is zero stars. That averages out to a two star review--a gift.
Really great food! I only really have had Mexican food and I can say that this was a great experience. I had the Pad Thai dish with shrimp and it was delicious.
Visited Evanston for a few days and got some delicious food here! Would definitely come back if we are in the area!
The food is tasty and there are multiple items on the menu. There are vegan and gluten fee options. The decor is bright and nostalgic. Try one of everything! The prices are reasonable.
Best Thai food!! Worth the drive if you don’t live near Evanston.

Best thai noodles the North Shore has to offer! Family and friends have been going to this cute little place for months religiously!! I love the staffand the owner, is such a motivated and excellent man! If you are in the area I recommend this place first! 5/5!!!
