Literally the only Location that told me a drink is discontinued. Whoever is in charge of this restaurant needs to check in because I find it very weird that this is the only location that has a drink that is discontinued but sells right up the block. Staff always has an attitude when they have to make anything else but coffee….hence my drink being discontinued lol

terrible customer service. worker yelled at us for not reading fine print on coupon and did not honor the coupon even though it wasn’t expired
Absolutely nasty. The server didn’t wear gloves while handling my food and their uniform was not clean by any standard. Some unknown substance was splattered on the walls and there seemed to be no attempt to clean it up. Not to mention, there were dead fly parts on the spoon they gave me. I can’t bring myself to eat any of the food I purchased there.
Whoever is in charge needs to check this store, I asked for a milkshake and they straight up just say we don't have. no explainations, no alternate suggestions, they just didn't want to take the time to make the milkshake.the ice cream is there, the blender is there, the fridge with what I assume has the milk is there(and they are right beside a grocery[valli] store too, just in case) , and clearly power is not out. last time I went there they made it and I could see some of the staff shaking their head like "no no" perhaps they didn't want people to expect their milkshakes to be available and the guy messed up by actually accepting the order. Something is wrong here.
Behavior is unexpected....they don't know how talk to the customer staff is in trained

Good 24/7 place for family
This place always makes your order twice..once at the drive thru microphone, and again at the drive thru window. It's like there's someone practicing taking orders behind the microphone that is completely unrelated to the ice cream making process. That being said, they make a damn good milkshake- when they have chocolate ice cream that is.
