Very nice and clean property. Carla and Anthony were very helpful and provided great guest service. I am in hotel industry as well and was very pleased. It was impressive when I called front desk for more coffee and I was served immediatly. Keep up the great work!

The hotel is nice. We had a room overlooking a small river with ducks in it. A lot nicer view than I had expected. The parking lot is plenty big and circles the entire building. Getting to the hotel from one direction though, you are required to go through a grocery parking lot that is filled with extremely large potholes. The rooms are fine with nothing special. They do have a small refrigerator though. There is not much else around except a couple pizza places that do deliver.

My grandson birthday have me visit this hotel , for 4 years. This hotel is for a guy that rent a car . The check in people always are happy to greet you. There are cookies in the night. They are fast and in no time you get to a room that’s comfortable. This time we’ve 2 beds one soft the other hard, the room is clean , bathroom is small and old. The internet is slow and sometimes stop. There is a high chlorine pool that is heated. There’s a Bistro with a limited breakfast and starksbuck coffee. The price is right and is close to Ollie s house . So will be back, hope the internet improve...

We were just in the Chicago suburbs for one night on family business, and got a good deal on this Courtyard close to where we needed to go. It was Labor Day weekend, so some of the amenities had revised hours (restaurant, coffee shop). No problem. The room was very clean and quiet, but the hotel in general could use some updates. It's clearly one of the older units in this line. The hot tub was full of vacationing families, so we weren't able to use that during the stay, but we did use the pool for a minute. Towels were thin and smelled like mildew, but otherwise it was an average hotel pool. I think all in all, it's not a bad choice if you get a great deal -- downtown Elmhurst is nice (short drive), but we would likely look elsewhere if in the area again.

The manager rude and disrespectful. We were celebrating our anniversary in the area it was turn into disappointing part here, after being promised breakfast the night before for our disappointment the looked and saw we came in through a third travel vinder and took that away rude lying and never represented Marriott well
