This is my first time and last time I come here. I ordered at the registrar then waited for a good ten minutes before anyone decided to start making the smoothies, there were 4 people working doing different things, just in the back, but no one was making smoothies, finally the same person who charged me started making my smoothie, they weren’t using gloves when scooping up bananas after handling the registrar then after making half the smoothie using their hand, ended up putting gloves. It’s too bad because the decor is super nice and the smoothies are good, but the service was lacking and will not come back here.Reply to below: There’s absolutely no reason for me to be untruthful about my experience. I post reviews to share my experience with people and this is what I encountered today.

First time going to try this place and was Lowkey disappointed I ordered the smoothie purple jungle it was pretty good and I also orders the classic waffle it came with fruit but it was cold ? not sure if it was supposed to be warm or not but pretty sure it is… nobody wants a cold waffle…

Really disappointed. Very poorly blended smoothies. There were more large chunks of fruit than there was drinkable smoothie. Chewed more than I drank.

The bowls were delicious! Came with some friends, ordered acai bowls. Seating inside was great, available seating outside as well. About a five minute walk from the train station. Would highly suggest if in the area.

I've had both good and bad expierences at this shop, however lately they have been really disappointing. Me and my husband went to buy smoothies after work. After a long wait (not unusual for this location) we got our smoothies. My husband took his first sip and noticed immediately that his smoothie was room temperature. This isn't a huge problem for us, but of course, you expect a smoothie to be cold. He approached the cashier and told her it was warm and asked- not for a refund or for them to remake it, but just some ice. She told him they didn't have any ice. He then politely asked if they had cold milk they might be able to pour in (seeing as our cups weren't even filled to the top). She asked one of the workers behind her and they said no and laughed. I don't understand this type of customer service.... really disappointing and inappropriate response. He had to just throw away his $8 smoothie.

Smoothies and smoothie bowls are so good specifically the açaí and coconut bases are the best we’ve ever had. Yet to try the poke but it seems to be popular while we were visiting today.

The brunette cashier closing on 6/30 had the most disgusting attitude I’ve ever seen on a person, I greeted and spoke very professional and with manners so I honestly don’t understand why I was treated this way. She gave more granola than anything else. I love coming to this place but it sucked to have had this experience.

I order from this place often and this is like the 3rd time this has happened to me. I ordered 9 Acai bowls and they clearly ran out of the acai base or something, because they barely put ANY IN EACH BOWL. They just filled it to the top with granola. I'm eating a $12 bowl of dry granola. So disappointing. My whole order was $130 for literally just a ton of GRANOLA and some fruit. This is definitely my last time ordering from this place. If you don't have enough product to make 9 bowls then DONT SELL 9 BOWLS. Huge waste of money.

staff was very unfriendly, horrible attitudes and dirty looks were provided by the workers, ordered a smoothie bowl and when i got it the fruit was mushy and gross, and they forgot a part of my toppings for my bowl… won’t be returning to this location.

The bowls are great and I am glad it is in town. The suggestion I am giving to improve how you handle online orders. For the past year, at least a half of dozen times, I have ordered ahead to come pick up. Every time I show up, at least 20 minutes after ordering, the orders are never ready or even being prepared. The girls find the receipt sitting on the counter and start making them, only once prompted. Not the end of the world but maybe improve the system, or eliminate on-line ordering.
