ask for a venti flat white and i got half of cup of foam I ask them can please make it Xtra hot so the foam goes away or fill it properly and I still got back the same thing worst service at this location
The location of route 83 and route 64 can be very tricky however this Starbucks got the drive through right get in and out quickly. My drink is always 100% perfect. If I am in the area I do not have hesitate to go to this Starbucks!
It’s 7:40 pm and I hear I’m sorry we’re closed!! Unreal, second time this happened at this location. Good thing there is a Dunkin’ Donuts Dow the street! No more business from me!
Frequent customer here: This location is always fast with my mobile orders, friendly staff and store is always nice and clean. Ohhhh and drinks always on point ??

1 just went to this location and ordered my usual Venti Iced Brown Sugar Oatmeal espresso through the drive thru. I ordered lite ice per usual, and my boyfriend ordered a white chocolate mocha drink. When we pulled up to the window his drink was ready immediately. We waited a while for mine, and when I took my first sip I was super disappointed that it tasted water downed. I’ve seen those videos of baristas purposely watering drinks down or using dirty sink water for clients that order light ice. I’m guessing who ever made my drink wanted to have a nice laugh or maybe was not having a good day. Whatever the case may be, I don’t think it’s fair to a customer that is paying your Starbucks prices for a nice little treat to be ripped off like that. I had my boyfriend taste it to make sure I wasn't missing taste buds or something but sure enough he noticed it was watered down. I have never had this problem at this location. It’s my go to spot so I really hope who every made my drink like this is training and will improve or they read this, and If you don’t want to do lite ice because it bothers you, then just say you can’t make it or charge me extra.

Each time I have stopped in, they have made the food or drink item exactly as I ordered. The drive through is always moving at a good pace. Appreciate everyone who works hard to keep me caffeinated.
Visited on 1-28 drive thru was jammed packed decided to send my daughter in for our drinks. All 8 cars left and still waited 13 minutes. Mind you there were 7 workers behind the counter.Horrible customer service.
Drinks were great. I ordered ahead and everything was ready when I arrived.
