A couple weeks back I ordered from them just to get a 12" inch pizza, cheese, marinara. That's it. Do you know how much that cost? just a few dollars shy of 30 USD. THAT is insane. I remember when you could order 2 large pizzas for the price of one (matching the price of the pizza with the most toppings) and that would have been 23 USD and some change on the spot for a Pineapple and Bacon 14". The price increase is insane, especially since this is NOT a gourmet pizzaria. This is fast food pizza just like Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, and Dominos are. Better quality than Little Ceasars, but gives you the same stomach issues of those 3 other places. I will not order from here again, I will just spend my money at a normal pizzaria at this point. At least the pizza is better quality (heck, the worst things on Sarpinos' menu is the pasta. Real Pizzarias can do pastas just fine lmao) for the same price.
Ordered a baked chicken parm with meat sauce and a side of mozzarella(cheese) sticks. Door dash delivered, what I got was everything but the baked chicken...the main ingredient in the meal. I called to fond out what happened and the guy that answered the phone said "oh the cook must've forgot to include it." And said sorry get a refund thru doordash. Not the point...the point is you're missing the main part of the meal...the chicken!!! I basically paid a higher price for spaghetti with meat sauce.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I TRIED TO PLACE A ORDER FOR WINGS AND SALAD HE QUOTED ME 28 DOLARS AND WHEN I SAID FOR WINGSA A PIZZA HE SAID WAIT A MINUTE I HUNG UP, I WORK FRONTDESK A HOTEL I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOU GUYS EVER AGAIN
I started going here more often because of the vegan options! The vegan cheesy breadsticks and calzones are my fave and the pizza is just okay. Asking for extra dip sauce is a must!
Don’t order the steak sandwich… it’s pretty much a Italian beef pizza on a roll. Not good imo

Pizza's pretty good man. My friend thought it was just ok but I disagreed. So I took my pizza back and he got none afterwards. No one's gonna disrespect my pizza like that. If you don't like it then I'll finish that boi, I can fit it all in anyways.
