This place is so good! Can't go wrong with Portillo's Cake Shake. Great atmosphere and delicious food. Hotdogs, Polish sausage, and the beef dip were all excellent. Everything was so good and customer service is great. I do recommend this place

Iconic dining in Chicago. Surprised that they even offered ketchup! Chicago door was perfect and the deserts are yummy. Gotta make a stop if you are a tourist or business traveler.
Decorations inside capture your attention right away, I liked the burger I had, the fries were good. The service was Good
This place has the best milk shake I have ever had. The Cake Shake. Great spot if you like Hot dogs, Hamburgers, and Chicken sandwiches. Great food! Great service! I love the burgers and Italian beef and sausage. Excellent place to bring family ot friends for quick meal
I like this location mainly of the retro interior, made to look like you're back in a 60's shake shack. Their burgers are my favorite. Quick and nice service. Plenty of sitting room. Parking is ok as well. Drive through is usually jammed in all times of the day and night so be ready to sit for a little bit in your car.
Always check your order! Didn’t happen today unfortunately since I wasn’t the one picking up the food.Received my food minus the side salad that I ordered, paid for but never made it into the bag. You need to implement additional quality control protocols especially in the drive thru. There is no excuse for shorting patrons on their order. Have someone review the order before it makes it into the customers hands. It’s a very simple and rudimentary yet so many things can and do go wrong such as wrong orders, missing food items, cold food, delays, among other issues. However, they can and need to be rectified through additional training and resources. Otherwise, hire competent staff that know what they’re doing.If you can’t consistently provide paying patrons their full order in its entirety, there is likely a fundamental flaw in your current drive thru order fulfillment procedures that need revisiting and improving. This isn’t the first time at a Portillo’s and certainly not the last.
The food and service is always excellent!!! This last trip there I left my phone at PORTILLO'S and the nice man who works there turned it in to management. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness and honesty of this establishment.
