I miss the 10 vegetable soup but the Thai chicken is just as delicious and I can’t wait until my seasonal favorite autumn squash returns !!
I work near this location. So I'm go into Panera a couple times a month. It's nice to see the smiling faces that I remember. And the food is amazing. I usually order the chicken salad sandwich with tomatoes soup and an iced coffee. Not only is the food amazing but the atmosphere is too. There is seating for dozens of people and a nice fire place in the corner where you can grab a cup of coffee and read a book by.
Good salads. Good coffee but the smoothie was small and over priced. It still was good but a little thin. I will go back when in the area. I want to try their chicken sandwich.
I was a little disappointed, waiting for my order, something must have spilled and was not mopped up, my sandles we're sticking to the floor. I went to the ladies room, not very clean and no tp ?. Then I get my order, get home excited to have my salad and wouldn't you know it, no bread ?.
First time at the one in Elmhurst. Food was okay. The staff at register was having trouble with our order and in the end it looked liked we were overcharged. Didn't say anything because we were there for a benefit event and it wax a good cause.
Went in to get the Tuesday Bagel Special and cream cheese. The associate was pleasant enough who took my order. Before she pulled and sliced my bagels she emptied the garbage behind her. But I did watch as she washed her hands before pulling my order. Was grateful for that! Not much in the way of customer connection but my order was correct.
I've been to this location a few times. Service is very kind. My last visit someone got away with taking both my orders, so Thankfully the manager was understanding and apologized for the mistake and incident, She was sweet enough to remake my orders and also gave me free drinks for the wait. Not lot of places do that. :) 10/10 for customer service
I enjoy Panera but not this location. It’s always something with them and they have terrible resolutions to the problems.If ordering breakfast they usually run out of the brioche bread. This happens the majority of times I order so I can only imagine it happens frequently if not daily. This is a simple solution being that the place is known for their bread… make more each day.Also, a driver got lost another time and delivered the food cold. When I called the restaurant they were really nice and stated they would mail 2 free you pick two coupons which left me content but then they only mailed 1. This was so tacky but I let it go.Most recently I did a curbside pickup order where they left me waiting for over ten minutes after the order showed it was completed. When I walked in to the cafe the team manager immediately gave it to with no apology when I asked why it wasn’t taken out; he said his shift just started so he didn’t know. I’m sorry but if your role is team manager you should concern yourself with details like these.That’s is why this location falls short of the Panera reputation.
One of my favorite places to eat. The food is very fresh and healthy with different choices to go and a good price. Food is very tasty. Also I recommend take advantage of there card that way you accumulate points to get rewards.
Hands down the chipotle chicken avocado melt is the best sandwich ever made! The double bread bowls are delicious too. But most people forget about their bread and danishes which are also the die for!
