Simply good like any other jimmy johns I've been to. Service is good and my gargantuan unwich was prepared the way I like it.
Terrible. I placed an order at 3:42pm. It said they received the order at 3:42pm. It said it was out for delivery at 4:37pm. The current time is now 5:06pm. Why is it taking almost 2 hours to make 2 sandwiches? I even threw in a 5$ tip. I’d would just go myself and do a pickup since it’s only 4 minutes away but I unfortunately have multiple sclerosis, making it hard for me to travel, which is why I just placed a delivery order. I won’t order from here again and probably will cancel the order.Edit**The food finally came around 5:13pm. I specifically have on the receipt to call upon arrival if needed. Why did the driver give my order to one of the neighbors in my building???? She knocked on the door and told us that he said he couldn’t get in so she brought it to us. What if my neighbor wasn’t nice to do that? She’s not the delivery driver, he is. If I could revoke that 5$ tip I would. It’s the fact that simple instructions can’t be followed. Plus the sandwiches were made wrong and wasn’t even cut. Missing Ingredients and no napkins when I specifically checked the box for napkins. If you order food from them, be careful because your neighbor might have your food or your sandwich will be incomplete.
Check your bags before you go home with your order. We were shorted a sandwich, and when we went back an hour later there seemed to be no record or memory of me coming in to order 7 sandwiches and a bunch of other items.
Love the sandwiches in this location, staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Terrible experience. Bought 2 Tuna Sandwiches on Multi Bread and they were so soggy that I could not eat them. Brought them back and he made me two more. Got them home, unwrapped they were soggy again. Brought them back and could not get a refund. Had to have receipt that I never received originally. Last time I go to JJ. If I could give them ) stars I would.
There many sub places in town. Jimmy John's always have a difference tastes that make them stand out.

While the staff was polite, they got my order wrong 3 times. They may need more training on how to properly build the sandwiches. Sadly, I won't be visiting Jimmy John's again.
