Just ordered a order for delivery . Got two little ham and provolone johns for my kids . No ham or cheese was added to either sandwich. Just bread with lettuce . What gives?

I should have looked at the reviews at this location they only give you two pieces of meat for a nine dollar sandwich not cool so I ask for extra meat which were two more pieces and he charge me two dollars more so I paid $12 for a wheat bread sandwich and he was very rude and mean a guy with glasses ?
If possible, go to the other Jimmy John's in Elmhurst .. this location makes mistakes and seems like the bread is stale a few times, but the food is always decent so just tolerated. However, today ordered a sandwich through the app and went to the store to pick up .. and they closed an hour earlier! Worse, I stood by the door confused for 5 minutes as the app already charged my credit card but the employees inside just ignored .. a simple explanation would have sufficed. Ten minutes later got the email from Jimmy John's saying the order was cancelled .. definitely "freaky fast" to take the money, but not so much for customer service.
Placed an order through doordash and the store called me back to say they were closed. Never got a refund. Doordash says it has to be resolved with the store itself. I have called countless times and only talked to an actual person once but they said they weren't the manager and I'd get a call back. Never got the call back. Have called several times since, can't even get someone on the phone. Beware ordering from this store as they have robbed me of about $30.
Delivery took about 40 minutes and the drink that came with my meal was completely filled with ice. Amount of actual liquid in the drink was enough for a couple of sips. Also ordered an original tuna, but was given a little john instead...It's evident with all the recent bad reviews that something has to change with the way this location is run.
I just ordered from here and this is the second time I ordered a little john which states is 6.5 inches on the website and got less than that. I noticed just the other week when I ordered when I thought it looked smaller than usual. I measured it at 5.5 inches and shrugged it off as a fluke and moved on. Today I get it and its even smaller than that at 4.5 inches. That's literally over 25% smaller than it should be. At 4.5 inches its completely unacceptable.
I work at a nearby car dealership and order lunch from this shop almost every day. I use the app and it’s simple. The order is always correct and the delivery is super fast and SUPER courteous. Thanks guys!
I can't state this enough but these employees need to be trained on customer service. I came in to pickup some sandwiches (3). The person at the cashier only bagged one of my sandwiches and left my other two sandwiches unpacked. When I mentioned that I wanted them to be bagged he explicitly told me to bag them myself and walked to the back of the store. I had to call out to the other employee three times before he decided to come over and bag the items.
