Family favorite! Grab some dinner at Hamburger Heaven and head to a Cubs game. It'll be a day you never forget. Juicy delicious double decker with the signature secret sauce, YUM! My grandma loved this place, my mom loves it, I love it and my kids love it. It's a family tradition to eat here in the summer. There is no place like Hamburger Heaven. I can't even trust some of these petty 1 star ratings I am seeing. Crying about buns, lettuce and noise. I'd like to see them create a business that's still around 70 years later, have some respect and if you don't like their food, go somewhere else. This is a 5 star burger joint, period.
My boyfriend ordered the bacon cheeseburger at 1:30 P.M. When we took a first look at it he noticed the burger looked difference from past orders. After taking 3 bites he started having stomach cramps. I went ahead and checked the meat and it was pink and seemed boiled not grilled. It was so mushy and undercooked. Frozen meat of course but to be mushy and undercooked is shocking. I tried this place twice before and always rude experience but the food quality was good so we came back. To have food posing from a boiled flavorless burger is very disappointing will never ever go back. Good riddance.

The best burger I have ever try. Everything is fresh not very greasy and just right. The lady who works there is very friendly with a great attitude. I highly recommend everyone coming here….even I will return because that burger was dammmmm good ?
Disappointed in the managers action. A mistake that could of been easily resolved ,but instead they chose the hard-way for the terrible service and food.
Burger was decent I like the addition of the green olives, patty was definitely nothing special.
I used to only eat from the location on archer in Chicago but it burned down. I try this place for the second time and was disappointed ☹️ the meat should not be packed in order to have a juicy burger and this was a double with all the fixns! A couple of bites and dry thick burger not even flavorful...Well done or no pink should not b thick n dry won't be ordering burgers from here any longer
Terrible customer service. The manager doesn’t care, so here is my review. You messed up my order and can’t admit to it or simply replace it? Might want to get a job elsewhere if you can’t take care of the customers. Lost my business due to your approach. This occurred on 3/25 @6:45Pm. Hopefully the owners will recognize who the manager was on duty and get rid of her.
Id figured I give this place a try. Its....okay. Not bad but not great either. I got the big cheese burger and onion rings. The burger was big but only because of the bun. The bun to meat ratio was off... The meat pattie was rather small. Also, the bread broke apart so easily, not in a good way. After trying to pick it up once the bread was already splitting apart. It tasted fine but don't think I'll be going back. I'll stick with Portillos. Sorry if this all sounds harsh. Not trying to be mean. After seeing all the reviews....this place was NOT heaven. Oh, the onion rings were good if your wondering.
Great food and reasonable prices. I’ve driven by this place many times over the years and a few years back decided to give them a try and I regret not trying them sooner.
