Go to the addison one. They are kind and timely. I waited 2 hours for the Elmhurst one and tried calling and calling and they never answered. Thanks for nothing. I'm still hungry.
No-nonsense pickup outlet for one of the best pizzas around. They don't up-sell you or push the tipping requests at you.
For deep dish, Lou's is THE place to go. If you want thin crust, try somewhere else. The unique crust only works on deep dish, in my opinion.

We have been ordering from this Malnati’s location for years, and have always been happy with the pizza. The pizza we got last night was so loaded with garlic that it was virtually inedible, and we gave up and threw a portion of it away. Now we’re reluctant to try again.

Used to be a great location for fresh pizza. It’s not what it used be and doubt I will be ordering from here again. I paid $30 for a Chicago Classic with bad crust and little to no sauce along with burnt cheese.
We love their deep dish veggie pizza with Lou's salad and dressing. Small pizza is great for two.
Excellent food and service. The crust is like no other! As a restaurant worker myself I understand the high stress that comes form low staffing in the restaurant business right now. The girl taking my order was quick, efficient , and friendly despite being yelled at by another customer for "improper tone". Hats off to the staff for being able to remain friendly and inviting!
