Egg harbor is always one of our absolute favorites! We love going there, as well as ordering to go. Cassie’s Crepes are just amazing, and my son loves the San Antonio skillet. We could eat here every day of the week!

Had a great experience at this cafe and everyone enjoyed their food. The decorations on the walls and tables were perfectly fitting and the stained glass lamps were so colorful. There was a good selection of food and I enjoyed the gluten free options. I wanted the fruit cup as a side, but let the staff know I am allergic to pineapple, so they brought the mixed berries bowl, which was a great surprise. If you are in downtown Elmhurst before 2pm, I would give them a try.

Popular breakfast spot.■Parking can be frustrating, so go to the parking garage.■Great staff, friendly and consistent.■They offer reward points, so be sure to get those added every time you go.■The booths by the widow(s) are the best seats, in my opinion.■This restaurant has an egg/rooster theme going on and it's fun. Plenty of seating, good size menu and rotating specials. Good spot to take your family and meet with friends.■You can use Google to reserve a table ahead of you getting there, but again parking can be rough.

Date of 01/09/2022 Check 102Pick up 11:16 AM CSTI called yesterday and spoke to the manager by the name of Matt. I notified him of the how the cook got my order wrong. I ordered a full order of Swedish Pancakes and was given only one Swedish pancake cut into three pieces and rolled up to make it look like three. I had also ordered Cinnamon roll French toast and was given Cinnamon roll pancakes. This was a very disappointing experience as I spent money on things I did not request.Matt issued a $4 reimbursement, that was a joke. I contacted their headquarters and they issued a full reimbursement.Never had such poor service from a breakfast place.I'll think twice about giving them another chance.

I really want to love this place but I can’t. First the staff is great and it seems like the quality of their raw ingredients are good but their follow through is lacking. I’ve ate here twice and each time I had an omelette. What is weird is that no matter what kind of omelette you get if there is cheese then it is on top of the omelette not inside. While some may think this isn’t a big deal. Instead of getting a gooey cheese inside your omelette with all the other ingredients all mixed up you get a dry layer of cheese on top. A completely different taste and not in a good way. The other thing is that both my omelettes had bacon and I’m sure it was real bacon but it was in small bits and not chunks. A completely different taste. Their coffee is great and I enjoy their jam. I really love omelettes and I’ve never seen them prepared like this. I doubt if I’ll be back which is sad as everything else is pretty good.

I had the best breakfast ever. Server was also the nicest and most efficient. Thank you very much

Amazing! Came in around 9am, was greeted and seated quickly. Food was really good, and well done. Service was wonderful, really happy with the Server. Professional, kind, and awesome!Overall, I enjoyed my visit at this location and can’t wait to come back!Shoutout to the staff from front to back for making this an enjoyable experience.

I love Egg Harbor but today was the most disappointing experience! I ordered a skillet and so did my mom. My moms skillet was warm and delicious. Mine was cold with fatty ham, raw onions, and raw green pepper. The waiter took it back and got me a new one. The new one was warm but it still had raw vegetables. For example (see photo below), my mom had small, grilled onions. I had huge, raw unappetizing onions. To top this off, one of your waiters (not mine) was carrying a coffee container in his belt. The whole time I was there. I don’t know about you but I don’t want to drink anything that has been in someone’s belt. Disgusting. Will not be back.

The food is delicious. Try the blueberry pancakes. Great service.

Hands down one of the best breakfast spots in Elmhurst. Wait time was about 15-20 minutes but totally worth it service was impeccable and food was amazing and fresh!!
