Poor service, I asked for snacking bacon. I got plain bacon under cooked, asked for cinnamon raisin bagel, got plain. Instead of arguing with me she should have tried to please me. I have been going there for over 18 yes, never going back.
Beware. The are not honoring posted hours and close early. Tried to buy coffee on June 30 2022 at 850 pm and lights were off and they were closed. Call ahead I advise.
Got a cake batter iced latte. Tasted like every other coffee drink I've gotten there
Never answered the drive-thru went to the window she took one thing a time bake and forth to register very slow then messed up my order. Never again to this one.
Ordered a small coffee and donut which they had almost no donuts available. In regards to the coffee it never comes with enough sugar to my liking which is understandable so asking for extra sugar packets the girl hands me these nasty probably old stained with coffee sugar packets with writing scribbled on them. No manager to complain or notify. When calling I explained it to whoever answered they said basically I have no idea what's going on mo apology no accommodation just basically oh well I have no idea what your talking about.
Order coffee and tea through app as I usually do. No lemon was available on app but I ask for some and they gave in a cup. DD needs to update app. Service was great.
For one they're sitting there eating in front of customers and drinking right in front of customers you're not supposed to do that and they make me a cappuccino blast and Oreo one on top of it supposed to have Oreos they put cinnamon on top of Oreos so I tell him it's not right it take it back it just clean off and put Oreos you're supposed to remake it what if someone was allergic to cinnamon very disappointed worst Dunkin' donuts and my cousin is a area supervisor so I pretty much know how they run....
This is my first review but that speaks volume. I live across this Dunkin and I promise you every time I went, they make my coffee with no love and it always taste so gross. I ask for extra cream and it taste like they put none at all. ALWAYS HAPPENS. DO NOT COME HERE.
Stopped here for a quick coffee treat for my hubby and I after parent teacher confrences. The first gentlemen we interacted with couldn't really help us make our decision. He didn't know what any of the things we asked him about tasted like so he couldn't give us any recommendations. Another woman helped us out after we made our decisions. My husband placed his order separately I placed my order and was charged more than my husband. Both items were of the specialty Christmas group his was actually more expensive because he added a shot of espresso. when I brought that to the cashiers attention she changed the pricing and corrected the issue. However I believe they messed up my husband order because my order came out first. They failed to tell us that and my husband started drinking the coffee they put on the counter thinking it was his since he placed his order first. When the second order came up I picked it up and took a sip and instantly knew I was drinking peppermint and not Carmel. We spoke to the women and she told us we were right he had mine and I had his. We did ask the young lady if the peppermint beverage my husband ordered would be sweet her response was yes. It was not. I ordered the caramel craze and was very disappointed. I did not taste caramel the way that something named that implies. If anything's it was from the small amount of Carmel on the top of the whipped cream. I did not have a bad experience with either employee I would just suggest that employees are trained with a little more knowledge of what they're selling. Also let your customers know when their order comes up.
This place never has enough staff working. There is one lady in drive-thru that does everything. And when they do give her help it's with someone who doesn't want to work.
