So I come this place for lunch and this happens. I use the restroom the toilet wouldn’t flush.. then I grab some soap to wash my hands and there was no water. I had already ordered my food. So now I have soap on my hands and I ask them what’s going on there’s no water no sign. The lady started laughing like if it’s funny. I’m like what’s funny?? I had to go to my car and see if I a water bottle to rinse off the soap smh then I grab my food.. I ordered 4 tacos 1 carnita 1 al pastor 2 steak tacos. The carnita one taste like old meat like it’s been in the fridge and not fresh. Pork goes bad fast it can make you sick. I spit it right bck out no good. Then I try the Al pastor the meet was extra toasted like if it was cut already and sitting on the plancha for a while. So from my 4 tacos I only ate two. I’m done with cilantro taco grill they are pricey and the tacos are two small for the amount of money you paying I spend 20 bucks for two tacos I ordered basically. (((NO SIGNS WHAT SO EVER)))
Food was good as expected. It was ready within 5 min. Only barstool seating in the window available inside (about 10 seats) and outdoor patio as well. I can't complain about anything here. Pretty good experience. I liked their taco salad!
They always mess up your order. I ask for flour tortillas I get corn. One time I got someone else’s order. I asked for a Chile Relleno once and I got it in a taco - never seen that before! Bottom line, don’t rush and pay attention to your customers order. Be sure to repeat your order and have them repeat it back to you at this location, cuz once you get home you don’t feel like going back.
The food was good. The customer service was nice as well. Order over the phone for pick up. I work in the area. The steak tacos were good . I do recommend trying this place.
This is my favorite Cilantro restaurant although the others are good too. Their cecina meat is my favorite thing to get, but carne asada is yummy too! I like how they have their burrito belly bowls and you can pick any meat. Their chips can be a little hard though. Prices are reasonable.
The salsa that is served with the chips is AMAZING! I asked to by more to take home and even though it isn't a regular menu choice they accommodated my request and packed up a couple small containers of it for me and sold it ala carte. Thank you for the delicious food and incredible salsa!
Taco dinner the soft corn tortillas were not SOFTSteak Burrito did not have a lot of 'steak'The Rosemont location is much better.

Steak & al pastor had no flavor. Al pastor was way to burnt. Salsas had no taste. Horrible tacos!
Best barbacoa tacos around withhome made salsa delicious....
