Not really the place to go if you want chipotle the servings are half the size from any other location. And the servers can be more people friendly.
I came to this location because I hate finding parking downtown, but I’d rather go there than come back here. I ordered a burrito bowl with a side of queso. I drove there and back home (10 minutes away) and my queso had a piece of chicken in it. Not only did the chicken not look cooked enough, I’m vegetarian and I get sick if I eat meat. When I went back I got “do you want us to make you a new one?” Yes but now I’m concerned that there’s uncooked chicken in my queso again since it already happened once like a half hour ago. The next one they gave me was totally inedible. It was like half cooked and I tried picking the chunky, uncooked parts out but it ended up being like the entire cup.
The team working at 1PM today was on point. Respectful, humorous, quick, and cohesive.Quality and portions were perfect. Good location!
Used to be a good location but quality and quantity both have deceased considerably. Must be management not caring. Hope they turn it around.
I was very disappointed in the service and the food. The taste of the food did not come close to the price point of the meal.
I ordered 4 burrito bowls and guacamole and chips horrible experience will never go back.Chips were drenched in grease and un cooked food was cold and I am only 5mins away very disappointed
I went into this Chipotle and as the guy was fixing my tacos he added a pinch of meat. Seriously, it was a pinch of meat. I asked him to put more on that, that was a pinch, and another guy came over with his attitude, and started some what throwing my ingredients on to my taco. My taco's had a ton of lettuce, sloppy and messy. I will not be going back to this Chipotle.
Used to love coming here! The quality has unfortunately gone down the drain. Look at this guac they were handing out to people. How does this even look worthy of selling? Not to mention it’s like an extra $2.50! Went up to the counter and wasn’t even offered a refund. So sad.
Every time I've been through the line, the food has been fresh and the service excellent. Last time I was here I asked for a side of lime and they handed me a whole one haha. My go-to chipotle from now on!
The little short girl working the to-go counter, preparing pick up orders was so ignorant and rude. Couldn’t even answer a simple question and had a problem having to figure it out. I really wish they would teach these younger workers some manners. I don’t even want to go back to this location again. Everything was a mess. The to-go counter looked liked a tornado went through it. Customer service is lacking and they do not care anymore at this location.
