Absolutely my worse experience at any chipotle. I ordered 1 burrito and 1 bowl for pickup. I got 2 bowls, both less than half filled, and both cold. Then when I tried to call the restaurant I could not speak to anyone, and only was able to fill out questions on an online survey.
Anytime we get a delivery from this chipotle it is wrong or inedible. I am beginning to question if they can even read. We ordered two separate bowls from GrubHub and when they arrived they were exactly the same so they clearly did not read what we wanted. I wouldn't suggest anyone go here because they are pretty inept.
Came in to buy 2 sodas. They tell me to have exact change for 6.48. Like who carry 48 cents around exact. So they denied me service. Very rude
When I order double chicken it should be double the place was not clean at all and bad customer service
Ordered a bowl to go and they only filled up half the bowl not even a full meal
The rice was undercooked and still hard. The outside of the bag for the food was messy and someone squish-rolled the bag shut because the chips were crushed and the bag was super wrinkled at the top (not folded). The guac was messy. The chip bags had some red stuff on both of them like the person who packed it was wearing dirty gloves. (I did not order salsa.) It’s not the first time and I’m certain it won’t be the last.
Whoever is in charge of their ordering needs some help as they were out of forks, the Coke nozzle wasn't working and my second drink choice was out. The food was average. Staff were friendly.
I made an on line order for quesadilla with beef. It was completely burned on the outside and the meat was too salty. Although Chipotle serve Mexican fast food, I don't think this location knows how to make quesadilla property. What a waste of money. I think my wife I make better quesadilla than that. I will never buy from Chipotle.
Love the tacos or steak not too spicy like other places
If I could give this business no stars I would. I ordered from here today thru door dash and was given the wrong order but the label on my container was typed exactly how I ordered it. I ordered a salad with chicken and was given 3 tacos with steak, I DO NOT EAT RED MEAT! Every time I order from any Chipotle I'm always sent the wrong order. This is so unprofessional! Never, ever Again!
