Parking is a challenge. Food is good. Robots delivered the food to tables. Very cool.
This buffalo wild wings is located in the center of downtown Elmhurst. When you walk in the lighting is dim but there are large televisions on the walls that usually light up the room. One of the hostesses approaches you and walks you to your seat. The seating is very informal but I think that's what makes it fun. There is a very large bar with many drink options.
I ordered traditional chicken wings and they are hard to chew. This is not the first time. Finally my husband and I decided to never go there anymore.
Eric at the bar was great and Not Eric was good too. Food was consistent with the Bdubs brand. Service was personable and accommodating. Couldn’t ask for a better first impression. I will be back for sure.

It's always takes much longer foods always cold or under cooked would avoid at all cost the last time I went they has a computer issue and the never made my order had to was 75min for my food would have canceled but was already charged and they didn't do anything for my inconvenience or nor did they apologize
Had a good take out experience, food was hot and fresh. A little tough to find parking.
One server took order another brought it out it was wrong when I asked for it to be fixed I was told it comes that way that's not what I ordered you didn't take the order instead of going to remake it it was just added to it and came out over heated hard and with stuff Im allergic to and when I said I know what I ordered it was an issue !! Server was rude ! I owned the store in Kenosha I know what I ordered !
It would of had 5 stars but it took almost a half hour after seating us to bring our drinks , we hadn't even ordered our food yet ... other than that it was a nice time there !
Nice place in beautiful downtown of Elmhurst, plenty of free parking. Good food (even they ran out of onion rings :-(
