Service was not good and the gal who waited on us in the drive thru was unknowledgeable on certain menu items. I ordered a vanilla sundae with hot fudge. I got very little hot fudge with ice cream like ice milk. I didn't even eat it. No answer when I called to complain
came at 10pm, states open til 11, but closed
Orders always wrong. Check your bag. Female worker there did not wash her hands after going to bathroom. I went in after her and sink was bone dry. Avoid the aggravation they don't understand anything.
Wait was 20 minutes for a chai latte. Girl gave me a coffee not a chai latte. I informed her. She went back took more time and brought another coffee. Still haven't received my chai latte.
Worst service ever I go here everyday since it's the local Dunkin. They're always short staffed in the mornings when it should be over staffed since it's the busiest time. The machines are always breaking down. They always run out of food in the mornings. Also my orders half the time are messed up! This is ridiculous this is a busy Dunkin, they should have alot of inventory and staff!
Will never go back here again! They ran out of bananas and brownies!! Plus the girl had no idea what was in a brownie sundae.
So good! We really surprised that scoops were huge for kids! Highly Recommend ;)

This Dunkin is an embarrassment to an established meant they are continually unprofessional in the way they handle things. They run out of food especially in the morning (makes no sense) and the 24-hour drive-thru is closed juat now at 10pm. what a joke. Whoever runs this location needs to get their act together.
