I love the pizza!!! The restaurant is always clean, the front staff always friendly and a special note to the kitchen staff who are always working hard to make all the food and show a real professional and caring demeanor toward everything they do, you can see the pride they have for their work.
Mediocre pizza at best that is wayyyy over priced. The prices on their website are wrong, but the kicker is the prices on their menu were wrong too and the cashier didn’t really care. Overall bad experience will never go back.
Complete failure!Order on-line for delivery at 5:45pm. At 7:15 I finally lose my patience and call. I wait on hold for 7 minutes and when someone finally answers, they inform me that "someone" entered my on-line order into "their system" as pickup NOT delivery. What this means is that Bacci has:1. No integration of THEIR on-line orders with "their system".2. No quality control on entering order data into their system.3. No process to notify someone when their pickup order has been sitting there for more than an hour.4. No employees at the Elmhurst location paying attention to any of this, and...5. No customer service policy to make it right for a customer whose Friday evening with their family has been completely ruined.I'm holding my breath to find out if the person on the phone that said they would cancel and refund my order will actually do it.Bacci management and processes are TERRIBLE.Tonight, they lost a perpetuity of $100+ orders. Lifetime value of customer forfeited.
The food and service was friendly. The pizza I had, which was the Detroit style, was terrific. The order time was a bit longer than they originally said, by about 5-10 minutes, but they were nice and explained why. Overall, for a place that has just opened, I think it is really good, and I plan to order again from here. Give this place a try.
The pizza was amazingly delicious. They also have great customer service!!! When we came in to pick up our order, they had informed us that they made an error on one of the toppings. It wasn’t a big deal to us but they had told us that a 3rd pizza was given to us for free because of the mistake. Our family will definitely be eating here more often!
I frequently enjoy picking up a jumbo slice of pepperoni and heading to Cricket creek.

I don’t know if it’s that I visited @ 10 pm and they were closing @ 11pm but this was the worst food that I have ever had total garbage
