Went to Armand's on 06/06 to order a pizza to go. My wife and I sat at the bar and ordered a glass of wine while we waited. We were waited on by Diana B. She was rude and condensing towards us. She poured our wine from the bottom of a bottle. After a few sips of I was treated with a mouth full of sediment. There was so much in the bottom of the glass it was undrinkable. When I brought the glass to her attention, she did not offer to do a thing about it. When the check came, I asked if she took the wine of the check. She replied no. Her responses were, "it is not my fault". "You drank half the glass", "There's a pandemic." I replied I'm not blaming you, but you should do the right thing and remove the charge for the wine. She said she would not take off the charge but then said she would remove half the charge " because of inflation". I told her to forget it and I would never be back. She then said she would remove the full charge because she "didn't want to argue" Once again she said it was not her fault that there was sediment. Her final comment to us was "it's because of people like you that places go out of business"We have been long time customers of Armand's going back to the Elmwood Park days. While we are fans of their pizza there is no reason that we deserved to be treated with such disrespect and what amounted to verbal abuse. We were not rude, did not raise our voices and treated her with respect. There are way to many good places in the Elmhurst area to go for pizza and not get treated like you are a second citizen.

The ONLY restaurant that I can find Italian Melrose peppers stuffed with blue cheese and the price is amazing bc you get so much food for an appetizer ❤️ ?️you have to try it out bc I definitely recommend it ??

We ordered takeout on a Tuesday for their BOGO free thin crust pizza. The crust was thin and crispy, well done and delicious. It is a hell of a deal for some good tasting pies.

Best pizza in the suburbs. Learned about this place from the book Pizza City USA. The pizza nova is exceptional and we will drive 35 minutes out of our way just to order from here. The price point for this delicious pizza is very reasonable. Love the non red sauce options that they have and have tried almost all of the options without a single bad experience. Many places will serve you a greasy mess but you won't have to worry about clogged arteries from Armands. Treat yourself to a delightful experience and get a pizza nova.

They were out of capers for the chicken picata which all worked out because the chicken parmesan was one of the best I have ever had. Huge portion- 2 hungry adults were well fed with one order. Cheese pizza made the kids happy. Only issue were the 3 separate occasions of breaking dishes/glasses when staff was clearing tables around us.

Salads were great!! Wasn't a big fan of their western pizza. And eggplant parmigiana sandwich ok but loved their pasta faziol soup. Service excellent.

Service was fantastic and the pizza was delicious! I heard their baked classic were excellent so I had to try them. They were a little too gritty for me. I've had better. But I do have to say that the eggplant stack was fantastic. It was drizzled with balsamic and was built like a tower with a a fried eggplant slice, then a slice of tomato and on top was a slice of fresh mozzarella and it was repeated 3 more times.

The food tastes pretty good even when it arrives to you cold. Almost 3 hours for a simple delivery of 2 small pizzas seems alittle excessive. Hopefully this was only a small slip up because this is unacceptable.

My 2nd day in a row getting these Buffalo wings via crispy for lunch, and man,the cook does not disappoint. Clean, and chill establishment. An appetizer worth getting. $9.81 for 10wings..

Pizza ovens weren’t working but besides that the wait for food was long and to top it off the food itself was awful and EXPENSIVE. Take your $200 you’d end up spending here to a different restaurant with much better quality. No wonder other locations have closed down recently.
