I've been coming to this wendys for 10 year or more now since my work is 2 blocks away, but my last 3 order I've had to turn around and come back because something has been forgotten and yet today was no different I understand times are tuff and everyone is trying there best but enough is enough, on top of that you get attitude for asking them correct it befor the remodeling everything was smooth as butter now it all rocky and bumpy such a shame
The workers are nice & friendly but this location makes you walk to the door for your mobile orders which to me defeats the purpose. Also the dining room isn’t open in the morning for breakfast which there is absolutely no explanation for..so if your not driving u have to stand at the drive thru window and wait out side like a vagrant
Burger was a special order but only came lukewarm. I ordered extra cheese sauce for my meal on the side but was told that they put extra on the bacon cheese potato but didn't seem like any extra. Clerk was not very friendly.
Best Wendy's that I've been a consumer. I never get her name but every morning the lady at the drive thru mic is so friendly she can cheer anybody's day up. The staff works hard to get the crowded drive thru line moving. They even take walk-ups at the window. Love them!
Lazy as can be. Will ignore the drive thru an hour before closing while they sit inside and eat. Had a hispanic man try waving me away and then act like he didnt speak english lol pretty sad when you think about it.
Wendy is the best. Hamburgers .are the bestAlways fresh. The employees are very friendly and in a great spirit with all. Love it♥️
Progressively declining. Ive been going to this wendys for the better part of a decade and nowadays the food is cold, the lines are long, and the employees don't care. Got there today at 125 am, there were 5 cars in front of me so I waited. Got to the speaker to order at 145 am, so I waited 20 minutes. No answer from the speaker, so I drive up to the window and am told they are closed 15 minutes before closing. Not only did I waste gas and time getting there and waiting there, I also left hungry after work because the employees are to lazy to actually stay till close and work.Horrible place, used to be amazing, but it's not worth your time or money anymore. Find somewhere else to eat.
I didn't read the description of a meal correctly, so I brought the wrong thing home for my brother. I went back & confessed I wrongly ordered the wrong thing, and they still replaced it for free. Customer service doesn't get better than this.
Line looked long but service was quick. I think it Good food and good service
Recently renovated Wendy's. I'm a trucker, these guys let me order thru the drive thru window on foot, and the food was fresh and tasty! Definitely recommend
