came in around 12:30 noon today. the man working was extremely rude. i asked for some extra chicken on my sandwich bc he barely put any on it, so an extra scoop would cost 2$? ridiculous. bread was stale, too. won’t be back.

I ordered 24 sandwiches for a birthday party and everything was perfect! The Lady and Gentleman working helped me carry everything to my car and helped put it all in the back and she even opened my car door for me. I am so thankful for all their help. Superb service.
Awesome employees consistent with food quality. Also good at dealing with customers that complain over everything and anything.

Rude employee who evidently was annoyed that she had to serve a customer! Customer service obviously not part of her training. Masks required per sign on door (& per Cook Cty). She didn't wear one because it was her lunch time! Male employee had his below his nose. 1st & last time there!!

Bought a 12 inch sub. He only put one six inch sub meat pack on it. I say hey you.need to add another pack like every other subway in the country. He say no he says no a 12 inch has the same amount of meat as the 6inch. I told him I wanted two six inch subs them. He then then split the on 12 in half but did not add the extra meat. I walked out. I refused to go back to this scamming subway.
