Was extremely disappointed with this place, the fellow working there literally tried ripping me off. I tried ordering a mozza meat sandwich and was told in order to have fresh mozzarella on my sandwich I would have to pay an upcharge because he said the sandwich only comes with shredded, a lie. I pointed out the picture on the menu, which has fresh mozzarella, and the guy continued to say that fresh mozzarella was an upcharge. Fine, I can deal with a small upcharge. He then proceeded to grab a single slice of fresh mozzarella and tore it into two, which covered approximately 20% of the sandwich. I then told him I no longer want this sandwich after all the arguing and him trying to rip me off, he put the meats and cheese back into the counter. That is disgusting and is considered cross contamination, ie. Against health department regulations! I will never return to this place and will encourage those I know not to as well, for their own safety.
This subway was fire!!!! All of their food was extremely fresh and the customer service was excellent!! The lady working there was so nice and sweet!!!! The cookies and the footlong sub I got were absolutely great!!
Good spot for quick sandwiches. Rest is subway anyway.
The night shift lady needs to get fired. I ordered curbside because I choose not to wear a mask for medical/personal reasons and the app was not working properly for me to check in. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to no answer. I decided to go inside the store and she rudely refused to even talk to me unless I put a mask on. When I tried to explain that I already placed a curbside order she rudely waved me away. It didn't even look like she knew what a curbside order was and the sandwich wasn't even made. Nowhere on the app or email am I able to cancel so I just wasted money on a sandwich I never got.

I don't ever give review out but I had to make exception this time. Lady who works in night shift is the worst employee I have ever encounter, Its at the point if I see her I will just want to go home. She needs to remember she is getting paid for the job SHE signed up for. She is grumpy, disrespectful & unappreciative she don't like to follow your order because its out of her comfort zone.

I ordered through grub hub and my sandwich was completely wrong! I get it mistakes happen... so i called and was asked to come back to get a new sandwich. they never once said i needed a receipt or the old sandwich (which got thrown away because covid and who would want a sandwich with a bite taken out) I drove back to the store and was told by the owner or manager "sorry there is nothing we can do" AFTER I JUST CALLED! after explaining that I just called to let them know the owner or manager proceeded to argue with me and told me that's what I ordered after looking at my order confirmation I confirmed that I in fact did not order my sandwich wrong. Since I was on my lunch break and had to get back to work I payed for another sandwich to at least be able to eat what I ordered and there was no discount or any apology made once after me having to drive all the way back just to be told I was wrong???
