Walk in & No one to greet you. Very limited interaction with anyone that works there. You have to order from a kiosk & if you want a sauce you pay an extra 40 cents. Paper straws which are garbage because they get wet & mushy. The buns for our burgers were either old or just past the expiration date because they fell apart. The worst Steak 'n Shake we've ever been too. Pay almost $25 for 2 meals wasn't worth it!
Good value. Very clean. And fast service. New ordering feature is different but easy to navigate! We will be back.
Love this location. Highly reliable service. Even if they take a extra minute or so, my order is always right!
So everything was fine and I always go to this steak n shake till now.... they gave me the wrong order, so naturally I thought they would let me keep the order they gave me (I drove away with, and looked inside to check food) during a pandemic they would throw it away but no.... they took the bag from me and put back on the counter to give to the person. They never replaced the food they didn't even check to make sure all the food was given back to them. Back on the counter with all other food being preped. While I was waiting for my food I couldn't help but think that's so gross, unsanitary, and during a pandemic how do you know I didn't have covid or any other sickness.. how do you know I didn't sneeze ( which I'm not sick or didn't doo anything with the food) but what if. Those poor people who received that same food don't know they never made there order over. They kept what I gave back to them. It makes you wander how many times that has happen. Neatness to say I grabbed My 42 worth of food for my family and threw it away cus how do I know someone else didn't drive away and bring back my food... I'll be contacting manager tomorrow for a refund! And they lost a customer ?

Bad service, tried calling about an online order I placed and nobody would answer the phone. When I asked them why they said they are too busy to answer. Restaurant was empty.

Cause I'm not a Karen and I give extra shotsOrdered food 11/27 at 11pm food tasted fine.Woke up at4 throwing up everywhere and I've never had it hurt before but man.What it was was under cooked meat and onions. (ALEXIAN BROTHERES WORD)but needles to say I won't be going back
One of the few Steak N Shakes near Chicago that still has dine-in.The food is still good as ever, but the prices seem to have gone way up since even a couple years ago.
This location has been the best steak and shake I’ve seen. Food was great and fresh and cashiers were freindly. I will definitely visit this location again.
