I understand it’s busy at Starbucks, but I always hope the customer service is good. We all have bad days and busy days. My drink wasn’t correct (extremely overly sweet), and when I tried to nicely ask the baristas making the drinks, I was quickly cut off and the one was little rude. I didn’t want a whole new drink, just a side of milk so I could add it in. The guy at the register was super friendly though… otherwise this would be 2 stars. I usually don’t go to this Starbucks and won’t be anymore.
There is always a bunch of cars lined up waiting at the drive through. They are really slow, most mornings I can’t get my order due to the long waits
My only concern is pricing. Seriously, over $10 for two medium drinks? Going to be out reach to be able to go there.
Employees were rude. I asked for a straw she told me I couldn’t get one because I didn’t order a Frappuccino.

I had a $10 gift card & wanted to try a certain sandwich but they were sold out at 430pm. So then I just ordered a random egg sandwich & it was pretty nasty. I also got a pumpkin cheesecake muffin that was pretty good. And some average run of the mill small hot chocolate... Price for the 3 items was over $10 so I had to pay extra. ?
This location has a great staff but the location's drive-thru is abysmal with the line weaving through into the parking lot of another strip mall and directly in front of a standalone ATM.
My family will not support discrimination against members of community starting January 3rd 2022!
