The customer service that I received this morning was beyond horrible. I actually threw my iced lemon loaf and hot chocolate away because I am pretty sure that they spat on the lemon loaf. It was very noticeable that it was wet on the iced part. If I could give zero stars I would. I should have just driven off after I made my order because my order wasn't even taken correctly and I knew then that it was going to be an issue. Unfortunately I still paid my $7.44 for food that I was not able to consume. However, it was an expensive lesson, but it taught me to bring my own hot chocolate and breakfast to work from now on. So thank you Starbucks for your horrible customer service because I will never spend a dime to patronize you again.
States it's open at 6 am but never is. Not everyone has a car to go thru the drive thru. Then they are rude enough to say they can't take your order. Not cool!

I come to this Starbucks everyday and whoever the young woman was on the window at 305pm on Thursday Dec. 30th was giving attitude that was unnecessary. She saw the disappointment on my face when she told me that was no peach juice and her mood switched. Even my friend whom I was talking to on the phone sensed her tone and the attitude. Shes giving I hate my job and I’m miserable. I’m writing this review so someone can bring to her attention that nastiness is not a good quality for customer service and it threw me off. Very weird and unnecessary. Do better because customer service at this location is normally wonderful. One bad apple will ruin the bunch.

I drive for Uber and pick up tons of Starbucks but have never had an experience at a Starbuck like I just did today and felt I had to report how bad they were. I got the request for a pickup 10 minutes away from the store. I got to the store and informed them that. I was there for pickup and I was told to wait at the other end on the counter which is fine. But then I waited and waited for another 15 minutes so that the customer had ordered 25 minutes ago and still no order from them. There were about six or seven other delivery drivers all waiting around too. Meanwhile over a dozen customers walked into the store and maybe dozens more through the drive-thru they all got their orders before any of us delivery drivers. I told one of the servers there that I've been waiting over 25 minutes for this order and that it was unfair to the customer that they don't have it yet. The answer I got blew me away. The server actually had the gall to say that was actually unfair to her because they're so busy. I don't know if this is a management training issue or a quality of higher issue or this person is just terrible at their job, but it shows an utter lack of respect for your online customers with that attitude. She then threw some more shade at me by saying if I didn't want to wait any longer I should just cancel the order and let some other driver get it. This person should not be working dealing with customers. Now to add salt to the wound, not only was this order extremely late, but when I delivered it to the customer they opened it up before I left and informed me not everything was in it. So not only did the customer have to wait more than a half an hour to get their order from this particular Starbucks, but this particular Starbucks couldn't even get the order correct.
They close their drive tru whenever they feel like which has been a lot lately. Also they close the store early in middle of the day. It just waste of time driving here.
Only thing that would make it better is if it was actually open when they say they should be open. It's a 50/50 if they're open on time or closed early.
Open whenever they feel like it. It was suppose to open at 5am, I get there at 6:20am and it's still closed. This isn't the first time this has happened. Sometimes it's open when it says it's going to sometimes it's not. Too unreliable to go here regularly.
