My boyfriend and I went in for lunch. The place was a ghost town.. we were okay with it thinking it might mean we got better service. Boy were we mistaken.. we ordered a deep dish pizza, which took 65 minutes to reach the table. I know it takes a long time to cook with the extra ingredients, but the cheese wasn’t even fully melted when we got it. Neither one of us even finished one full slice because it didn’t seem safe to do so. We would’ve told our server, but she was eating so we didn’t want to disturb her. You would think when we didn’t want to take the rest of the pizza home they might ask what was wrong.., not a peep. Just rushed us to pay the bill and get out. Not a good experience at all. Super disappointed because we live very close and I love Italian food. Huge miss.
I thought the food was exactly average for an Italian restaurant. Nothing about the menu, the venue, or the service was exceptional. I especially thought that the stuffed eggplant entree was quite pedestrian, at best. The food isn’t bad and I didn’t have any problems with anything… other than that it was about the same as many standard Italian eateries.
This establishment has the best Italian chef. It is a cozy restaurant for lunch or dinner. The food is always fresh hot & delicious. The bruschetta is my favorite appetizer. If you only want a sandwich for lunch I recommend the chicken panini.All dishes are perfectly crafted with the best ingredients & skill.This is a hidden gem in Elk Grove Village.
We have always enjoyed Rocco Vinos for pizza but not somuch anymore. It seemed better a few months back had more flavor NOT spices just more flavor to the sauce and pizza. The service was very good. The meals come to your table screaming hot always wonder if they are microwaved? We would definitely try again. The bruschetta is excellent.
Ran across this restaurant by accident. We were pleasantly surprised! The interior is very quaint and nicely decorated, the staff was very nice and oh my - the food was absolutely delicious! We were already talking about when we were going to go back even before we left! My husband had the Ravioli and I had the Chicken Marsala and both were delicious and cooked to perfection! The warm bread was also very good and their garlic dressing was amazing. And they make a mean Cosmo! My only regret is not saving room for one of their desserts! Lol. Definitely highly recommend!

Kathy made our anniversary amazing. She is an outstanding waitress. She definitely deserves at minimum a hefty tip.
Hire staff that are not so rude when you call ahead with questions. We tried calling ahead to ask about the Vax. card mandate, and we were told "B!tch, Shut the F- up." Have never been there. Needless to say, never going there.
Visiting Mom in Chicagoland and we were tossing up where to go and it landed on RoccoVino.Parking lot was packed, which is always a good sign but it was pretty icy - step careful!Yummy, warm bread came to the table along with a glass of wine for mom and a cold Peroni on tap for me.Mom got the Chicken Limone and I got Short Rib Linguine with a cup of minestrone to start.The linguine was Al dente with plentiful sauce and the short rib was tender and delicious.The minestrone was a hearty start to a meal.I finished off with Crème Brûlée and mom got limoncello. Both were excellent. Service was great and the manager checked up on us twice as well.Here’s the breakdown:Great pasta +1 star; warm bread with butter +1 star; excellent service +1 star; dynamite short rib +1 star; killer desserts +1 star.Highly recommend - I’ll eat there again.
