Drive thru is typically backed up during lunch hours. Very slow service. Menu recently got smaller. Food is okay.
I went theu drive thru at Elk Grove and asked for avo turkey and got the wreck instead. How is this?? First and last time I go back, not a good first impression and was on lunch break so couldn’t go back
Chicken salad sandwich was good and the cheddar broccoli soup was even better. Really good food, without a wait.
I had an order for 12:17pm. I arrived about 5 minutes before and orders were only just being fulfilled for 11:00. There was a queue of about 30 people sitting in the restaurant waiting for online/app orders. Any orders put on the takeout shelves were being called out by some kind customers calling out who's orders were ready because there were so many people waiting. I had to leave after an hour of waiting with no food in hand,
Ordered through Door Dash and was given a delivery time. 5 assigned dashers later and two hours from my order time, I finally cancelled the order because the time kept being revised to later and later. This is unacceptable for a business. If you can't handle the online orders, 3rd party orders as well as in-house and drive-thru, then don't accept the 3rd party orders. This is the 2nd time this has happened as this location and I will not be back, which is sad because I love Potbelly sandwiches!
Seems to be a miscommunication with Potbelly and third party delivery apps it seems. Ordered for delivery, scheduled it for 12:15… by 12:30, nobody came so I called. From what I understood, it seemed like someone from Doordash was supposed to pick up my food but never did… and I guess they can’t get the food delivered unless they have a driver. So I had to inconveniently go pick up my lunch.. which was kind of annoying. Next time, I’ll probably just do pick up instead.

I don't ask for substitutes and yet my order has been wrong every single time at this location. I have ordered on the app and in the drive-thru. This past time I was given a dry turkey sandwich with lettuce only. I ordered lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickle, oil and seasonings. Don't waste your time or money at this location. Potbellys is my favorite sandwich shop, but I'm not going back to this location because I'm just wasting my money there.
