WORST OF THE WORSTI oreded pizza with a bottle of 2liter drink and paid delivery+tips. And the pizza came with NO DRINK and ruined my day. They never answer the call and pizzahut custom service just apologized me but I didnt get the drink nor refund. I honestly feel this is almost a scam!!!!! Horrible experience.
I wish I could give negative stars. Ordered food online thru Pizza Hut website at 5:20, delivery time was 25-35 minutes. Expected delivery at 6. At 6:30 my order still hadn't arrived. Called store twice, no answer. Called third time and finally got through by pretending I was placing a new order and got transferred. It's now 6:45. Lady said my food was ready but she had no drivers. She ordered a Dasher to deliver and they should be here in 15 minutes. At 7:45 I still had no food. Called again, lady said no ones picked up the food yet. It's now almost 8:00. I told her to cancel my order and she rudely hung up on me before I could confirm I wouldn't be charged for the food I never got. I am not eating ice cold food that's been sitting around for 2 hours. I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again. Why in world would you offer delivery when you don't have any drivers and no dashers willing to deliver for you?!? Based on other complaints I've read, they either need to close this location for good or completely overhaul it. Cannot believe that lady was so rude to me - how would she feel if she was in my place? Did she actually expect me to eat food made hours ago that's been sitting around? That's how people get food poisoning. Unbelievable, this is unacceptable business behavior. She should be apologizing profusely and offering me free stuff, credits and/or discounts to keep me as a customer. She should have called me to tell me there was a delivery problem after i had placed the order and not let the situation get far.
Friday dinner rush only had 1 employee working. I ordered online carryout and was prompted to pick up my order at 6. When I got there she had not even started my order, and there was a line of people waiting. They ran out of multiple items as well and couldn't make my order. This place is horrible. Save yourself the headache and go to dominos.
Such a disappointment with this place... I placed an order online for 23 pizzas.. 2 days before my event and after trying to call the location to make sure and confirm my order I was never able to get someone to answer the phone.. ( literary 25 - 30 calls) since I don’t live around this location I couldn’t drive and make sure they had got my order.. sometimes it’s good to get a reassure from someone there then the computer, especially when u are trying to feed 70 pplI finally spoke to Aaron which he was very Rude and made me aware that my delivery was gonna be late and if I wanted it on time should’ve picked up my self...2.9 stars seems high for This Location
I ordered online and after an hour and a 1/2 of no delivery I tried calling multiple times over the next half hour, On the 5th call I was redirected to the call centerAnd they couldn't get ahold of the store either and then disconnected me from the call. Food never showed up, nobody ever answered to say anything, and as of right now it's 3 hours later and it still says my pizza is being cooked. Place is a joke
Pizza was made perfectly and delivered quickly, even though the order showed that it would be longer. The delivery driver was very courteous and apologized for the wait and stated that they were backed up and had few drivers.
Very busy as usual, and their pizzas always delicious.Not sure if they deliver.
I ordered a delivery, but the delivery was 20 minutes late. I tried to call the Pizza Hut location fulfilling my order, but no one would answer, and I kept getting hung up on. Finally, when the delivery was made, I made the special request to buzz my unit number. This was not done - only a text was left on my phone that the pizza was left outside. I would need these changed to recommend Pizza Hut.
