My hometown McDonald's, however, their prices are much higher than the McDonald's on roselle rd (farm gate plaza). So to roselle rd, I go.. This angers me that this operator is so greedy.. his ice tea prices are also out of line, although he posts a sign saying all beverages are $1.00... ice tea is like 1.39$.. why??
it was 6 o’clock ordered 30 dollars worth of food, end up waiting for 15 min in spot 2 then man comes out saying they “lost” the food as we watched over 10 other cars get food. how do u forget about 30 worth of food? then a young girl comes out and asks what we ordered as she has a bag in her hand and my friend barely says one thing and the girl rudely foes no with her hand in my friends face. the worst experience normally never one to complain but this was terrible. the staff is disgusting.
Very Disturbing behavior for the Manager Miguel. I brought the wrong card with me on my lunch break. My card Declined in the line. I told the young lady at the 1st window what to take off so that the payment would go through. She then asked me to go to the next window where I met the manager Miguel. He clearly didn't remove anything but got word of the situation a little to late. He proceeded to ask me to park in waiting area 1. I asked him why, he yelled and said " Be because I have to fix your order" basically saying I don't want to reach in your bag in front of you to remove something. I told him no that I would just wait. And he replied "FINE JUST KEEP IT!!! I WAS sooo disgusted with his that I will be looking further into this so call manager who handles people food.
The girl that works overnight doesn't speak or understand English very well. One day I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and instead got a steak egg and cheese bagel. That was the worst sandwich I had. Another morning I asked for a sweet tea and instead got an unsweetened tea
I ordered apples with a Happy meal and received fries. I went back to the window to get the apples and the employee didn't say sorry or anything. You can't fix stupid.
11/09 10:02am I placed an order via app. The app was experiencing technical difficulties so I went inside to inquire about my order. 1 cashier said she couldn't find the order and walked away. Another cashier found the order and said my card declined, then said the payment was canceled. I wonder if that cashier knows Xfinity is having outage problems? But I digress! After trying to steal deal with the app manager Sidel stepped in very professionally and got me squared away. Thank You Sidel!
Little slow in the drive thru. Prices have gone insanely up. Couple months ago you get a sausage mcmuffin meal with an orange juice for $5-$6. Now it's $10. Average wait time is 5-7 minutes not fast food in my opinion. Especially for something that's a staple. On few occasions they didn't even have orange juice.
I would give 0 stars to the lady at the drive through. she not only sreamed at me that she couldn’t hear me after repeating my order SEVERAL times. she then proceeded to give me the order with the wrong incridents with so much attitude. thank you dominique! ur such a ray of sunshine !
Got two hot and spicys with TOMATOES and they put cheese on them and no tomatoes. I tried to call no one will answer. I know its a bit silly to be furious but i dont have a way to get there to fix it and i HATE mcdonalds cheese.
