Terrible, rude, and unprofessional service! On 6.3.22 at around 10:45 am, I went to pick up my order. The lady on the register refused to give me the bags and started treating me. After I asked politely and nicely to talk to a manager, I was told that she is the manager on duty. Unfortunately, she refused to give me her name. She was not wearing a name badge either, therefore I am posting the exact date and time of my visit.McDonald, take my review under consideration. I am a regular, and I can't believe what happened.Again - very unprofessional, full of rudeness and anger.Hopefully in the future things are going to get better at this particular, convenient location, otherwise, I won't be coming here anymore.Thank you for your reviewal and time, Mcdonald's!P.S. Tried calling the franchise - R&G Management Inc without success, so I can explain the situation. The branch has an expired COR certificate as well ( and probably a lot more issues than that)...

Other location promotion price does not work here, they don't have promotion and all items at full price !Fish sandwich at $4.50 for a kids size and I need to eat 3 of them for a lunch at about $15 without drink or fries.12:10pm lunch time drive through was fast as only 1 car ahead, I think because no one come this location due to full price. And for sure I will not come again unless its in an emergency situation where I can't find hot food around.

This McDonald's is amazing they remodeled and everything's new come one come out it is great

Very fast experience through the Drive Tru. They have not messed up my order, unlike other locations

I called before I left home to make sure play place was open they said yes it was, and when I got there it was closed! Very disappointed 4 year old I had

Northridge huge nice McDonald's that will never be open again and is it complete waste to have some such a large space not allowing people to eat inside and the war on the lower class and the inability of them to be allowed to enjoy and eat a meal inside continue

This was a very clean and nice McDonald's. I appreciated the service and professionalism of the people working. The food was very good and fresh. I am skeptical about going to McDonald's either way but this one was a good experience. Thanks guys. Appreciated

Great as always! Friendly staff, comfortable place. I highly recommend

McDonald's quality has gotten worse and worse over the years overall. Not just at this location, but at most locations in the US. It's bas8just barely above dog food. Fact is, my dog probably eats better. Typically, the burgers are dry and tasteless, sloppily made, just slapped together without any care at all. I don't know if it's due to product production procedures from McDonald's corporate, or what. But, as a former employee (swing manager) from the mid-1980's, I would trash most of what goes out the door these days, if I were calling the bin. Typically, what most McDonald's sells is dry, more than 10 minutes old (in the case of burgers), sloppily made, as indicated before. Most appear to be made as quickly as anyone can possibly throw them together. Chicken nuggets usually are dry, like they've been in the warming drawer for an hour (the limit used to be 30 minutes). The only item that's palatable is the Filet-of-Fish sandwich. Even then, it too is just thrown together. Sometimes so bad, you'd do better throwing it against a wall. I know, this review sounds harsh, but as a former swing, I know the standards. I hate to say it, but I started at a unit that had no drive through service and had 8 front counter registers. Yet, durable lunch and dinner rushes, all would have lines out the door. Each register would consistently do $500/hour. This was in the day that an item such as a Big Mac cost $1.65 (with tax). No clamshell grills, 4 people in the grill area and 1 on fries. $500/hr x 8 registers duringthe rush periods. We put out a better, more tastefully product than what most McDonald's stores produce. All these stores only have to deal with, for the most part, is a lousy drive-thru Window. Even that is slow as molasses (in winter). If the drive-thru is doing $500/hr, is only because an order of a burger, fries and drink for one person cost $10! I personally will not order any item other than a Filet or fries for the above reasons.

Always have problems with this spot, keep getting missing items or my order is made incorrectly even though the receipt says what I want. A few months ago I was missing the meat on a cheeseburger, like seriously! I understand the whole short staffed problem but that has nothing to do with following directions. Very disappointed!
