Worst mcdonald's ever. One time they had me pull up to wait for a mcflurry. Then forgot about me. Had people behind me honking. Almost got in to a fight.Most the time they want you to pull up and wait for something. This is supposed to be fast food.
Hey guys be carefull at this location because the supervisor or manager kind of Hindu accent never going to accept any irregularly complaint, my experience is, I order 2 double quarter pounder sandwiches and even when I said well done please, they give me the meatstill pink with kind of water and blood from meat, call the place and supervisor advice was to keep them and bring them 2 days after because they will close at Easter day, that kind of supervisors at McDonald's will take customers out from it, don't go in the afternoons.
If you're too lazy to clean your milkshake machine and it's always broke get rid of it. Go across the street to portillo's their milkshakes are always available 24/7 365. Horrible management I'm guessing at this McDonald's for sure.
I will give every McDonalds 3 stars because it's acceptable as a fast food restaurant but nothing about most of them is outstanding

This McDonald's is different from most. All the workers were happy lol. Great friendly service
This restaurant is usually very quick and Courteous but for some reason when their drive threw is closed they become inconsiderate and obnoxious. I went through the drive threw on foot because I drive a semi. When I tried to place my order there was no response. So I went around the front to ask them what was the problem. The manager waved me off like " forget you " after pointing to the sign on the door like I can't read or something. I'll never spend another dime at this place.
Worst customer service ever from the staff! This is the second time and when i asked for a manager everyone ignored me. When I finally got a hold of the manager on duty he didn't know how to handle the situation not having any management skills what's do ever, he was completely unprofessional with foul language and rude to me at the drive thru and did not take care of me. I will be getting ahold of the corporate office to get this guy fired!
Order in the app for faster service, waited for 15 min to get my food and it wasn't even rush hour. Terrible service, very dissapointed
Drive thru only really ? Customers going to Jimmy John's and Subways cause nobody can go into your store very sad
