Place does not close at the hours they have posted on Google maps, should update, gives people around the industrial area thet are located at, a false sense, specially when not everyone has the same lunch hours.
At first I was ordering from Elmhurst I never had a problem from there soon as they said this is the new place everything was fine... And then after a couple weeks later they don't want to answer the phones when they're open or I'll call early 4/5pm and they will tell me oh I'm sorry we're closed but you don't close till 7:00 or 8:00 p.m. it's ridiculous and needs to be fixed
You gotta have a big wallet to eat here. It's at minimum $7.5 for a regular sub and over $14 (!) for a large. I'm not really that big of an eater but these prices never felt worth it whenever I tried. The sandwiches are good (not great) and service is fast. Drive through has really annoying curbs. Would feel a lot better without any like the McDonalds 30 feet away.Can't say I can recommend sit down restaurant prices for cold cuts.
Tried to call one hour before they close. I tried several times with no answer across 15 minutes from 5 PM to 5:15 PM. It says on the website that they close at 6 PM on Saturday.I needed to load up my truck for a long trip, and they are closed tomorrow! They don’t understand my health depends upon diet that involves their sandwiches.As expensive as this place is, you would think they would want a $60-$90 order
Adam was the best! I have never met an employee working the drive thru who was so engaging. Usually they just ignore you and close the window. Thank you for such great service!! It’s really hard to find these days!
