Wanted to cater a party. Website is terrible.I don't want to give my email and phone number just to order a few sandwiches. Catering offers a box with 12 pieces. How big? Doesn't say. I need more than 12 but less than 24. Too bad can't order that. Finally got thru on the phone after 3 tries. Whoever answered told me I was old fashioned and should go on the terrible website.Wow! Zero customer service or respect.Never again.
I only ordered because of the Special Olympics fundraiser. Maybe that is why it took so long for my order to be made and it's not the best sandwich in the world but it was for the Special Olympics so it was worth it.
I live in Elk Grove. So I’m a local. I Showed up at 8:20pm after flying in from out of town and I walked in to grab a sandwich as I live down the street and get told they ran out of bread for the night? Never been told that by a single jersey mikes or subway or jimmy Johns before.I usually go to another option But decided to give jersey mikes my business tonight.I wouldn’t normally complain but they were cleaning everything and had everything put away. I didn’t get told they had no bread right away. I was greeted and a female came out from the back saying they ran out of bread. It truly felt they were just lazy and didn’t want to take everything else out that they put away well before closing. I even asked what time they closed? And she said nine. I looked at my watch and saw it was 8:20 and said okay and walked out.
I love this place. Sandwich is made fresh and taste very good. The employees are friendly and professional. Amazing people working here.
Failed to read toppings. Failed to provide “hot sub” just another subway. In fact subway might actually get your sub right the first time , but not this place !!
Place an order thru the app to get the tuna fish sandwich. I got a totally different order. Not satisfied with a restaurant not following the customers order and making sure the right sandwich goes to the right person.
They kicked me out and treated me terribly for no reason. My friend ordered a sandwich and the woman with blonde hair states, “You know I hate you right?”. Verbally attacking and abusing my friend he retaliates with, “you are still making my sandwich” I am not in the vicinity and yet the man with glasses and ear mods I believe to be named Chris kicks us out, he seemed very angry and I thought he was going to try and attack us. Scary! We try to come back and ask for a reason , I have been nothing but respectful to this staff, when asked for a reason as to why I was kicked out all i received in response was “I’m not going to argue”. Don’t go to this Jersey Mikes.
I was not impressed and I felt verbally attacked. They were short staffed so I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. That being said there are three occurrences that I would like to share that pushed me to leave this review. First, my brother has very severe allergies that he must clarify with any place he orders food from. They did accommodate, but when he was called back up they shouted it to the heavens for everyone to hear. This is small and I normally would not say anything, but they must make an effort to be better about this. The second offense came in the form of a death stare when I changed my order from a giant sandwich to a regular. This may be a very minor change but the woman behind the counter looked at me like I had just committed a cardinal sin. Again I didn’t appreciate this. Lastly, masks make it very hard to hear and understand what the person behind the counter is trying to say, and when I thought the turkey sandwich being was mine( apparently it wasn’t oops) things got a little confusing. The man behind the counter did not react well to this as it was disrupting the flow of the orders. Even though it was minor and can happen to anyone there was no understanding. In fact he aggressively reprimanded me out of frustration saying, “ no this isn’t your sandwich buddy.” For such a simple miscommunication I don’t feel like I deserved this. To the restaurant please try and be better to people even when you are stressed. Also, respect and take allergies seriously. It’s just a job to you but what you do matters and can hurt someone. We are just trying to get our lunch…
$16 for a large sandwich. Too pricey
You need to take out a mortgage to buy a sandwich.
